This is a really serious issue and I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to stir up a tax related controversy,…
Yeah, it’s ridiculous. They’re flaunting her 130 million income as if it proves something, but her fans alone spent over 60 million just 3 months on her magazines and merch after she left Siba 🤣😭

I wonder if it’s even possible for JJY to go back under Siba again??? Just wondering. If she doesn’t, does…
It’s really hard to imagine JJY ever going back under Siba again. Once things reach the point of lawsuits and public statements, that bridge is basically burned. And not going back doesn’t mean she’ll keep getting attacked forever eitherz this kind of thing usually gets worse before it gets better. LEGAL ACTION is usually taken precisely to stop this kind of harassment. If the court rules in her favor (or even if the case proceeds seriously), it sends a clear signal that misinformation and intimidation have consequences. That alone can shut a lot of people up.

I hope Siba goes bankrupt and completely collapses.😤👎🏻
This is a really serious issue and I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to stir up a tax related controversy, given how desperate siba seems right now. They’re clearly willing to cross lines, they're dragging private financial information into the public eye and twisting narratives just to gain the upper hand. In this level, it stops being normal industry conflict and starts looking like deliberate character assassination. That’s what makes it so worrying. Instead of resolving matters properly through legal channels, they’re choosing to pressure her through public opinion, which only shows how far they’re willing to go, what a shameful company

Yeah, right after the Tencent awards voting ended, this whole thing suddenly happened. They took advantage of…
I think it's not the Vote, they release the statement after JJY's assistance posted about Luwuyi is coming, they see VOS as a threat, see, their latest statement said they gave JJY a hit drama such as Legend of Yunxi😭

Sun zhenni, Xu Jiaqi, and Li Hongyi’s FL on his recent drama Lu tingyu are all actually Siba artists. They’re popular, yes, but they’re still not popular as JJY. I’m not trying to exaggerate or hype her up unnecessarily, but the reality is that JJY was the only one who consistently carried Siba’s produced dramas, even when the scripts were poorly written.

They gave her bad projects and messy productions, yet she still managed to pull in strong viewership, that’s something the others couldn’t replicate under the same conditions. And that’s exactly why Siba is so pressed now, they lost the one artist who could make their mediocre productions work.

Siba is so ridiculous😭 They keep trying to sabotage her through public opinion and making noise online but when it comes to actually showing up in court, they’re nowhere to be seen. Now they’re suddenly revealing her income to prove they treated her well, yet they completely avoid talking about the real problem which is the contract disputes and all the unfair terms.

It worries me is that it feels like they’ll keep doing this as long as they think they can still get something out of her. And now that VOS is about to air, they’ll probably keep manipulating public opinion even more. They know JJY will never go back to them, so instead of letting her move on, it feels like they’d rather try to ruin her. I just really hope JJY can get through all of this and come out stronger😭🙏

I’ve heard about this too. It was regarding the books, GJM paid the damages but he refused to issue the court…
It’s because short dramas don’t need a broadcast license, they just air on platforms like douyin or other similar streaming apps. They can basically plagiarize whatever they want without facing legal consequences, mainstream dramas and short dramas operate under completely different rules, so the level of scrutiny and enforcement is different.

Since this page is so active, sorry for asking but is Edward Guo has a plagiarism scandal before?Since i read…
I’ve heard about this too. It was regarding the books, GJM paid the damages but he refused to issue the court ordered apology and admit the plagiarism. He only apologized to the author after facing backlash for his works way back in the 2000s and it didn’t seem to affect his career much.

Exactly😭Usually, actors only sign contracts for around 5 yrs, and even 10 yrs is considered extremely long. Some of Siba’s other artists were already kicked out once they hit 30 yrs old, but not JJY. She's already 32 but they really don't want her to let go😢

For sure, siba paid people to speak on their behalf. I’ve been a fan of JJY for years and I’ve seen how many smear campaigns she faced, especially when she was about to leave, they launched countless negative articles and black searches against her. Luckily, JJY handled it.🥹 She endured for so many years, patiently waiting for her contract to expire😭 It’s not like some other artists who just terminate contracts abruptly, she truly waited for the right moment, despite everything they put her through.

They didn’t make JJY famous 🤮 JJY became famous because of her own multi-talents. Siba had over 100 SNH48 girls, but no one could ever replace her. JJY became their cash cow, they gave her cheap endorsements just to make money, shoved her into poorly produced dramas that no one else could succeed in. They tried other actors for the same roles, but it flopped, majorly flopped😭while JJY still managed to pull in great viewership despite bad scripts.

Yes, they’ve been constantly pestering her, even interfering with some of her business collaborations. I really hope it doesn’t affect VOS. Siba has a reputation for being ruthless and manipulative, basically playing by their own “insider law”while JJY is handling everything on her own. Can you even imagine?😭 They allegedly forged a contract making it look like JJY signed a 20-year deal. That’s beyond crazy, it’s obsessive and illegal. No wonder they’re making so much noise now. They’re clearly desperate and threatened because VOS is her first big project after leaving them and they can see that it could completely overshadow the work they’ve been trying to control for years.

Exactly😭TEF was still contractually tied to her former company and they deliberately delayed or blocked its airing out of spite. Now they’re worried about VOS, because once it airs, it will bring JJY even more recognition, especially after they spent years giving her poorly handled and disappointing dramas.

Regarding the recent lawsuit filed by Shanghai Siba Culture Media Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as…
It’s heartbreaking that even JJY’s business collaborations are being harassed by Siba, they really can’t stand seeing Kiku moving forward and making progress on her own. Instead of letting her grow, they keep trying to interfere and drag her down. And the fact that they would fake her signature and create forged documents is just beyond disgusting. That’s not just pettiness or bitterness anymore, that’s crossing a very serious legal and moral line. It shows how desperate and threatened they are by her success.

Regarding the recent lawsuit filed by Shanghai Siba Culture Media Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Siba Media") against some of our partners, in order to avoid misunderstandings and in the spirit of being responsible to our partners, the studio hereby makes the following public statement:

First, Ju Jingyi's agency contract with Siba Media terminated in June 2024, and Siba Media has no right to interfere with Ju Jingyi's performing arts activities. The agency contract originally stipulated that it would expire on June 18, 2024. However, due to Siba Media's multiple breaches of contract during the agency cooperation period, and even the forgery of the so-called "Supplementary Agreement to the Exclusive Artist Contract," which seriously damaged the artist's legitimate rights and interests, the artist, having reached the limit of tolerance, finally chose to formally send a "Termination Letter" to Siba Media on June 15, 2024, demanding "immediate termination of the contract." According to relevant laws, the agency contract between the two parties terminated on the day the "Termination Letter" reached Siba Media. However, considering the many years of cooperation between the two parties, the artist did not proactively disclose the circumstances and reasons for the early termination of the contract at the first opportunity, only stating that "the contract has been terminated and will not be renewed." However, since then, Siba Media has repeatedly spread false information about the agency cooperation between the two parties, hindering the artist's performance activities. The contract dispute between the artist and Siba Media has been fully entrusted to lawyer Yang Shuguang, and we believe the law will deliver a just outcome.

Secondly, we hereby strongly protest Siba Media's forgery of the artist's signature and authorization, and even its indiscriminate "harassment" of our partners. Although our partners have ignored Siba Media's malicious actions, we must clearly point out that Siba Media's actions constitute an abuse of litigation rights and malicious litigation. Some of its recent lawsuits against our partners lack a clear and explicit "basis for the claim," and others were even withdrawn abruptly just before the trial. We reserve the right to pursue Siba Media's legal responsibility for its malicious litigation.

Finally, we solemnly declare that all ongoing and completed collaborations handled by the studio after June 15, 2024, are based on Xiaoju's personal will and fully authorized by her signature. The relevant contracts are legal and valid, and the rights and interests of both parties are protected by law.

We sincerely thank all our partners for their strong support and care. We have boundless confidence and anticipation for future collaborations.

Congratulations! Top 2🥳💙 On December 21st, let’s watch her shine together 🌟
JJY really won🥳🥳I wasn’t expecting her to take the top spot. The other artist has a massive intl fanbase, so I thought that would balance things out. But seeing the results now, I believe it, domestic fans matter so much more in this kind of voting.❣️
