First of all, the so-called airing of VOS is purely a RUMOR aka R. U. M. O. R and has absolutely nothing to do with JJY’s current issue. There has been NO official announcement from the platform or the production team, so everything being spread right now is just SPECULATION. If VOS doesn’t air according to these RUMORS, that is not JJY’s fault. Unfortunately, the timing gives haters an excuse to latch onto this and direct their anger at her, even though she has zero control over scheduling or announcements, which only adds unnecessary stress and pressure on her.

Second, JJY has not broken any laws and has NOT DONE ANYTHING ILLEGAL that could cause VOS to be frozen or delayed. There is no investigation against her, no regulatory issue tied to her and nothing on her side that would legally affect the drama’s release.

Third, the core of this entire situation is a CONTRACT DISPUTE between JJY and her former company. Whether the claims are ultimately proven true or false, this is a civil and contractual matter, not a criminal one and it should be handled through LEGAL CHANNELS, not online speculation or rumor-mongering. Dragging her work and unrelated projects into it is unfair and completely UNJUSTIFIED.

It’s getting really wild atp🫩 After releasing statement after statement, Siba is now even talking about suing photographer Tou Mou. Like, they really can’t handle the fact that JJY isn’t responding at and is just continuing to work like normal. While siba spiraling online, she’s out there doing her thing. They probably heard about her ELLE photoshoot yesterday and then Bazaar officially announced her today and that just made them even more pressed.
This has been completely one-sided. From start to finish, JJY herself hasn’t posted a single related Weibo. Her studio only released a formal statement and reposted her law firm’s letter and that’s it. No one in the industry seems to be engaging with or amplifying this so-called confrontation either. It just makes Siba look more desperate and out of control, they're widening the target because they can’t get any reaction from JJY herself

But this is actually a really serious situation. Just now, Siba released a statement through their attorney claiming that JJY is bound by an exclusive contract for their dramas. Essentially, they’re asserting that she can only participate in the projects they produce, meaning she’s not legally allowed to act in any other drama outside of their garbage productions. If this claim holds any weight, it could severely limit her career options and block her from taking on better roles elsewhere.

JJY’s situation is different from most artist company disputes. Some artists are fighting to terminate a contract because the company is holding them back. But JJY’s contract already expired, she didn’t leave forcibly, it legitimately ended. But her greedy former company tried to forge her signature and claim she signed a 20 year contract, which is ridiculous.

And now they’re not stopping at falsifying documents, they’ve even tried to sabotage her business collaborations, interfering with her projects and professional opportunities. This isn’t just a normal contract dispute, it’s deliberate interference designed to damage her reputation, stall her career and take advantage of her legally and financially. JJY is just standing her ground and defending herself against a company that refuses to accept that their time with her is over.

It’s really hard to imagine JJY ever going back under Siba again. Once things reach the point of lawsuits and public statements, that bridge is basically burned. And not going back doesn’t mean she’ll keep getting attacked forever eitherz this kind of thing usually gets worse before it gets better. LEGAL ACTION is usually taken precisely to stop this kind of harassment. If the court rules in her favor (or even if the case proceeds seriously), it sends a clear signal that misinformation and intimidation have consequences. That alone can shut a lot of people up.

This is a really serious issue and I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to stir up a tax related controversy, given how desperate siba seems right now. They’re clearly willing to cross lines, they're dragging private financial information into the public eye and twisting narratives just to gain the upper hand. I think it's not the Vote, they release the statement after JJY's assistance posted about Luwuyi is coming, they see VOS as a threat, see, their latest statement said they gave JJY a hit drama such as Legend of Yunxi😭

Sun zhenni, Xu Jiaqi, and Li Hongyi’s FL on his recent drama Lu tingyu are all actually Siba artists. They’re popular, yes, but they’re still not popular as JJY. I’m not trying to exaggerate or hype her up unnecessarily, but the reality is that JJY was the only one who consistently carried Siba’s produced dramas, even when the scripts were poorly written.

They gave her bad projects and messy productions, yet she still managed to pull in strong viewership, that’s something the others couldn’t replicate under the same conditions. And that’s exactly why Siba is so pressed now, they lost the one artist who could make their mediocre productions work.

Siba is so ridiculous😭 They keep trying to sabotage her through public opinion and making noise online but when it comes to actually showing up in court, they’re nowhere to be seen. Now they’re suddenly revealing her income to prove they treated her well, yet they completely avoid talking about the real problem which is the contract disputes and all the unfair terms.

It worries me is that it feels like they’ll keep doing this as long as they think they can still get something out of her. They know JJY will never go back to them, so instead of letting her move on, it feels like they’d rather try to ruin her. I just really hope JJY can get through all of this and come out stronger😭🙏

It’s because short dramas don’t need a broadcast license, they just air on platforms like douyin or other similar streaming apps. They can basically plagiarize whatever they want without facing legal consequences, mainstream dramas and short dramas operate under completely different rules, so the level of scrutiny and enforcement is different.

I’ve heard about this too. It was regarding the books, GJM paid the damages but he refused to issue the court ordered apology and admit the plagiarism. He only apologized to the author after facing backlash for his works way back in the 2000s and it didn’t seem to affect his career much.

Exactly😭Usually, actors only sign contracts for around 5 yrs, and even 10 yrs is considered extremely long. Some of Siba’s other artists were already kicked out once they hit 30 yrs old, but not JJY. She's already 32 but they really don't want her to let go😢
