is it good! cause am not feeling it... not from the trailers actually, but then it is just an opinion based on…
A 9.7 rating isn’t even realistic on this app. For Kdramas these days, starting at 8+ is already a solid sign. But if you’re not feeling it, it’s totally fine to drop it. It all comes down to personal preference and even mood
I hope they don’t go with the trope that Ian has been in love with Huiju all this time and stayed single for her. Ts will really piss me off bcz why didn’t he approach her? and Huiju has been dating other people too. I want their dynamic to feel equal.
I also hope Ian isn’t his sister-in-law’s ex. That would just make things nasty and uncomfortable
Open marriage themes are coming to Kdramas now? It just doesn’t appeal to me. No wonder people say Kdramas are…
It’s not about being meaningful,it’s fiction. What’s meaningful about watching a romcom anyway? But open marriage is still wrong and shouldn’t be normalized in Asian society, even if rich people are already involved. I don’t want to see it become the norm in romance dramas. We all know where all stds came from,no wonder things like open marriage is normalised there
Knowing IU and BWS are both considered conventionally attractive, I’m not surprised by the hate comments. What…
That’s what I’ve been saying. People go much easier on actors who aren’t considered conventionally attractive, both in terms of their acting and their projects
According to the drama's official website, Kim Jaewook's character is in a loveless marriage. Interesting...
Open marriage themes are coming to Kdramas now? It just doesn’t appeal to me. No wonder people say Kdramas are losing their substance. I’m definitely not rooting for a guy to find love before divorcing
I used to think Cdramas had more visually striking male leads than Kdramas but this drama proved me and everyone saying the same on Twitter wrong😭The guy playing the demon hunter, Wu Shi Guang, just doesn’t match the vibe at all
Ya’ll are really weird in these comments and that’s why ya’ll get constantly manipulated and hurt by men.…
First of all, this is fiction. There’s no need to attack personally. This kind of moral policing is weird, acting like you have higher moral or emotional intelligence. People fell in love with it simply because of the actors performances. No one actually wants a Qimin in real life.
But how can you say he didn’t love her? His way of loving was wrong because he really didn’t know how. No character in the show loved him.
Would he have sacrificed his life or broken his own bones for her if he didn’t love her? That was the only moment he truly understood her and let go of her as a final, real sign of his love. You sound way too one sided.
Now I can understand why they made Xie Zheng’s character different from the novel. Most people wouldn’t be able to handle it
I think I’m going crazy but do both Changyu and Qianqian have really large eye balls? In the scene where Qianqian was feeding Qimin soup, it felt like her eyes were about to pop out. Or is it just a director’s trick to make their eyes look like that?
I know she’s hailed as a good actress and I agree she is good but she tends to use the same expressions in her dramas, which makes me realize she’s often playing roles with almost the same core arc
Your problem is that you think only kissing counts as a romantic scene. Most people love the main love story for…
So what do you think the real problem is here? Isn’t it the censor board? Ask them why they did it. But instead, you always start dissing the second couple, as if they have enough power to do anything about it
My Point was very simple why was main couples one and only romantic scene cut short when the second couples so…
Your problem is that you think only kissing counts as a romantic scene. Most people love the main love story for the plot, not just intimacy. People wait to see the main couple’s consummation scene. If it happened in the middle of the drama, you have no idea how many viewers would’ve lost interest. There are also extreme fan wars over popular actors, so it’s no wonder they avoided too many intimate scenes. Most importantly, they’re following the novel. I wouldn’t even say they had fewer scenes. They had plenty of kissing scenes, just not aggressive ones. I actually thought the scene they showed was nice. I don’t get your problem
If Qimin hadn’t been obsessed with Qianqian, would he have succeeded? I saw some clips where he had probably already become emperor. Would he have stayed in power if it weren’t for Qianqian?
I also hope Ian isn’t his sister-in-law’s ex. That would just make things nasty and uncomfortable
