I haven't read the novel but i think you might be having the same issue I have, albeit a bit later. There's too much dangling on the marquis identity and frankly, it's already five episodes too late.. and judging from the previews, I love a simping ZLH but I am NOT going to do 40 eps of this.
I haven't gotten far but the insinuations for romance are there.. last time I checked, marrying your biological brother's biological mother's daughter is still considered in-breeding.
