And just in case it wasnt all bad enough, youku is still showing 35/40 episodes released... I dont know what they're going for, maybe wishful thinking?? π
It was good but now it's getting old.. i like villainous SJT but over 10 episodes is where im starting to realise why no one else lets him hang around that long. π
Bit cliched but well rounded series, really like how they spent an extra episode to wrap everything up in a nice π! Edit: I have VIP on the official channels so I was referring to the last episode - they could've finished it at Ep27 with the editing, but I like how they circled back and tied up all the lose ends across the whole series.
It's still one of the best shows but seriously, after this long, it's kind of ridiculous that LLF and XJ are not married yet - especially since they keep having time outs where they talk about each other not sleeping and are obviously not sharing the same bedroom.
Man, you know how some dramas you can just fast skip every 5 mins of frames and the story will still be there? This show WITHOUT skipping feels like that. Im just so glad we get to see YZX in his own show after Spirealm but man... worse than kangaroos on the editing.
SMY as a character is working towards a goal to free Blood River and in today's episode we also got to know that…
I dont know why he started thinking all these quiet good guy roles suit him.. i just honestly cant handle another Flaming Heart, and dont get me started on fitting in with foxes. This is probably the last GJ show im willing to bet on after falling asleep in Anle (and I LIKE Dilraba til then). If this doesnt work out, im done forever no matter what the chinese investor gods say.
Is GJ back to himself? Like, Im here for revenge and im going to murder everyone a la WOH style? Because i think it's the only type of role I think i can watch him in..
Please, tell me, if it's worth to watch? At the beginning comments were great, and then, suddenly, after last…
It's because it effectively finishes around ep33, but it seems they had a big enough budget to go wrap up every.single.loose.end. (Personally, I dont think the Longest Ending in 2025 Chinese Drama History is a bad thing.) The ratings really depends on if you're one of those people who wants to know what happened to everyone, or if you happen to enjoy that latest trend of 5mins ending that's happening with every other drama.
I finished it, but the drama never finished. π€·π»ββοΈ It literally ends with, I quote, "I have more to do".π€¦π»ββοΈ Yes you do, writer. Next!
But good show!
