Is this drama similar with Light of Dawn, because i think I'm interested in this drama, and Light of Dawn is one…
It's like one of those weird westernised artsy shows, the type that NiNi usually does in movies for awards, but now there 30 hours of it.. It's refreshing after all the latest idol fluff but it's not for everyone, and you have to take the time to invest in the characters, and it probably wont make sense until ep30 (that's my expectation anyways).
This one totally fell under the radar, it's not everyday the likes of NiNi ranks below ZHL π .. but loving how after a certain movie she no longer wears much make up - this should be how all shows are in the new age, you dont always have to be pretty to give good drama art
can anyone explain why qi min is able to just kick the puppet emperor off his position so easily? like he just…
You've never been scared to death (or burnt out) have you.. π Kid Emperor was so done done by that point, im pretty sure he wouldve happily lost his life
i feel like the leads' romance were put in the backburner ever since the story progressed from Lin'an. YQQ and…
Actually there's plenty - I think everyone misread my comments. Im saying on REWATCHING will you really notice some small details in the other couple - they actually really built their character fine print by fine print, but were put on the backburner because they weren't leads.
Itβs because those two have no inhibitions while the main leads one is sweet and innocent while the other refined.…
No, if that was the case, we would've felt that the first time around. It's only on rewatching now that Im noticing a lot more, and probably mostly because I've seen their ending. It's just generally, a very realistic (yes strangely) story - theyre both broken in their own ways and it was bound to be doomed but actually in the end, they both ended up exactly who they didnt want to be and what they spent the whole time trying to avoid. Real life is much messier than Leads Armour π , if we just remove the dramatics from their story, it's pretty much how 90% of the world ends up.
I REALLY didnt expect that extra clip in any drama, yooooo could be the happiest ever?
If you mean the rewrite, i honestly think it's the writers' love letter to fans to say - hey, it couldve been THIS bad if nothing happens, but we rewrote it, you're welcome.
To be honest, now that I take the time to rewatch it, the chemistry between YQQ and QM is actually a lot better than the leads, even if it's unpopular opinion. Like when they're both smiling and having fun together (and hey there are some of those moments), it's really obvious.
P. S. Since my comment kind of got lost in translation, I do request everyone try recall YQQ & QM's happiest scenes first before commenting. (And if you cant, you should rewatch itπ )
I mean, technically he IS little ZRY.. it's kind of his mostly full time job.
