Every time there's a k drama we can never just enjoy it why is there always these little controversies that would be no big deal had they happened in the west, when will people stop making actors responsible for their whole country and WHY does it have to affect a show that everyone is looking forward to then they cut the actors out of the show give me a break

Where are you watching it? I watch it on Viki on my TV and in a flashback scene in ep 2 of them sitting on the bed eating ice cream you can barely see the wife

The way he was following her was so creepy lol I totally get why she was freaked out

Riiight I was really surprised at how it was just brushed off I thought fir sure the next scene would be her in a disciplinary meeting and told to take time off work but it was just joked about guess it's a drama after all

Ive noticed this is a huge trend in k dramas this year dying the hair grey of actors or actresses who are only in their 50s having them play parents or grandparents when they still look youthful in their faces so it doesn't work

I actually agree with you I think it fits the mood of the drama sure but it can be hard to see what's happening then they also film a lot of scenes at night outside hopefully it gets better but so far the house where the dad lives is always dark

No problem, also just bare in mind what I said is only my personal opinion and as you can see from other comments lots of people are enjoying and I have managed not to get bored enough that I'm caught up with the most recent episode

Oh yh I hated that fight scene it felt so pointless it wasn't pitch black but why turn the lights off like that couldn't appreciate the scene at all

It's worth it if you don't mind slow burn crime action show things get exciting after ep 4 but I do feel a bit let down because there's too much build up before anything happens but if you don't mind that it should be fine. They tried to mix family slice of life drama with action mostly it works
I have to say tho before I got to ep 4 I acc forgot I was watching this so it definitely didn't have that quality of I have to know what happens next honestly I think the script could be a lot better and maybe they should just have stuck to one genre action but the slice of life concept is kinda a big part of the plot so I guess I get why they did it for me there's just not a lot of suspense

I don't understand Sullivan's actions at all and I was also very underwhelmed with the bombing maybe it was a distraction who knows. But what I don't understand is that he kills civilians that are unrelated to the death of his daughter I have to wonder why or are they just in the wrong place at the wrong time but in recent episode he has camera of the city and is watching then wouldn't it be fair to assume he could see on his cameras that there was civilians where the bomb was going to go off maybe he just doesn't care Idk

I understand but for me if dramas are slow paced I start to lose focus and will probably drop it so I speed it up since I'm still interested in the story. I know lots of things in real life don't make sense but I don't appreciate when k writers have such big loopholes because it feels like they are just suspending reality so the scenario fits into their story wether it's believable or not it's not a nice thing to put the viewer thru since I'm investing my time to watch something you can at least make it properly you know, for example how easy would it have been to add in a scene of the lawyer breaking through lock to the basement then hide in the house wait for the grandson to come out then murder him it would have been so simple
Tbh to me it feels like they wrote the story then afterward they decided who the killer would be and their motive and it really shows

Ok I just finished this I would say after ep 5 I started watching on 2 times speed it was kinda slow for me
But I think there must be a movie mistake because an Yun su keeps the grandson in the basement and then locks the door from the outside however in the video evidence all of a sudden he makes it back upstairs and continues playing his game how is that possible. For 4-5 episodes this show is really great lots of suspense and whodunnit however I think the show really loses it's way people's motivations are not very clear

The police aren't doing their job properly since criminals can evade them and escape so many times
A doctor not being able to treat a patient but a prisoner can was so unbelievable
I was kinda starting to wonder one of the three lawyers could be behind the whole thing so it's not that farfetched but imo they waited way too long to show us who it was and it has to be said motivation for the murder was absolutely stupid if they had thought about it for longer than ten minutes I'm sure they could have come up with a better reason, it's an interesting drama but execution is not there 100% and the ending is very unsatisfying in my opinion
Also how it took them so long to make the connection between the lawyer and FL husband was shocking also unbelievable was the daughter just wandering off with whoever came up to her that's so sus imo
Dear x the manipulated price of confession all are 12 episodes I think they struggled with the pacing I think they all could have been 8 or 10 episodes
Good acting by Female leads in this I will say just over all most of the stuff that happened wasn't believable
Also why wouldn't an Yun su mention she saw someone coming from the direction of the studio right before she found her husband

She is free and travels to Thailand with her daughter
