I watched The Brave Young Su Jeon and was surprised when they added episodes at the very rushed and unsatisfying conclusion.

Very disappointed too… maybe they will recalculate and make it longer again with some push back!?

Wow, you’ve so perfectly described SW’s current state of mind. I think that he will need time to work through his complex emotional state and will hopefully, in the same way that has occurred as each hurdle has been overcome with the help of SW’s problem solving wisdom, will continue to stand strong beside SunJu.

I’m wondering about the father and other pertinent details about mother’s life. Also there are striking cultural differences between the Japanese and the Koreans along with a history of mistreatment of Korean transplants in Japan (thinking historically and ‘Pachinko’ ).

I’m feeling disappointed in her as well and hope too that she ends up being a positive force in this story propelling their relationship and business forward with a desire to help and not just fulfill her own emotional needs stemming from all the time lost.

Agree, agree, agree! SW has experienced discrimination and ridicule due to growing up in an orphanage and is very grounded, principled and has carefully built , as he described, the foundation of his relationship with Sunju. He knows that the remarkable advances that Tae ri has achieved are the result of being with his close friends and family. I think SW is currently stunned and emotionally overwhelmed by the arrival of his long lost mother. I feel certain he can’t be manipulated and that the gravitational force exerted by his earth will remain in full force. I love his ability to problem solve and stand firm…

Although her despicable, traitorous treatment of Sun Ju and her willingness to take lottery money apartment without consideration of SJ and granddaughter should not be forgotten or forgiven.

I thought that his role and lines were scripted and that his position was that of moderator.

I just started watching Bravo My Life last night when I saw that Lee Si Kang is in it. Have you watched?

I know that he would not be a Jin, that he is/was a product of Sunnah’s relationship with Squinter. But there lies the mystery. I have limited experience with the typical patterns/formulas of these long shows, so don’t know how the last quarter of episodes should unfold.

I’ve been hesitant to mention this for that reason, but wondered if the Lee Si Kang character could be the older brother mentioned in in (possibly) episode 9. Also, the new rival, described as the daughter of a major firm who falls for WooSang at first sight, as related to reality show. I actually hope that they don’t introduce any impediments to this romance with so few episodes left.
