Literally this ... I don't get what is up with Asian fans of shows shipping only two real life actors together instead of enjoying just one show with said actors and moving on when the show ends like literally every other countries shows in the world. I would love to see shows that run like a normal tv show where characters are introduced and the show goes with chemistry as the show progresses, not having a pair instantly going into it, every single time. It sort of ruins the fun and makes the shows one-dimensional in a way.

Right?! And this show wasn't actually that bad! I loved it!
The only thing I agree on is that the side couples deserved more screen time. I've seen way worse BLs than this one.

Well, luckily for you I only read up through like 8 chapters, so I don't actually know. But there is still a lot more chapters so I'm sure plenty will happen. All I remember as far as I got was that they get together as a couple and that's about it. There was no play in existence as far as I read so who knows where they are going with this. It's so loosely based on the manga it shouldn't even say it's based off of it, tbh.

No it really isn't explained at all. Honestly, it doesn't feel like a cheating thing, because it's such a small mention. It isn't even clear if they are dating it seems like they are, but I'm not one hundred percent on the dating. When she finds out she pretty much brushes it off and makes it no big deal like the boys should have been dating the whole time, so, honestly I don't have any clue why he was dating her tbh. I'm not even sure that he was aware the other guy liked her until he admits it like in the show and asks for help asking her out. So, that makes it even more confusing because why is he willing to help his friend virtually steal his girlfriend? Bahahaha. I was somewhat okay with the show getting rid of her as his girlfriend because of how nonsensical that part of it was. In other words if you hate cheating, this is not a typical everyone gets caught out and taken down brutally type of thing. It's sort of random and not a big deal. You could skip the brief mentions if they make you uncomfy its that slight.

Yeah, because in the manga before we get to the love confession scene there were several 'bets' that took place first. This went on for a few chapters of the manga. Where they would partake in a bet of who would cum first. It wasn't a random encounter in a stall and it wasn't just one time. It was several bets. And it got his friend completely confused as to why he kept making these bets with him. If it was just a game or something more. Hence the fallout confession/rain scene we witnessed.

If you read the manga you will understand that they stripped a good chunk of the plot away and that's why it feels fast and discombobulated. Because it is.

Lol! Trust me if they kept to the manga it would have been better. As far as I got in the Manga they were still a trio despite everything. The girl was fine with them dating there was no big break up between them so the trio was fine regardless.

FUNNY ENOUGH! MY friend originally thought it was great and saw nothing wrong with it, BUT she isn't into Omegaverse and hasn't been reading them for years like some of us. She watches BLs primarily, so she didn't see what I was seeing UNTIL her other friend who also loves Omegaverse completely agreed with me and was applauding everything I was saying as fact!!!! Then, she understood the flaws once we explained it and now she's just as ticked off as we are lol! I think that is honestly what is going on here! All these people are BL fans they have no clue what Omegaverse should be like and the few omegaverse fans that are loving this are just happy with whatever they are given because it's from China, abunch just told me off in the comments here for saying I was comparing this to Pit Babe which NOPE I was comparing the VIBE of Pit Babe to Desire which is totally different but apples and organges I guess bahahahaha!

AND I SWEAR TO GOD I HAVE NO IDEA! I haven't actually read the novel I was just scanning through to see when they impregnation happened and it leaves off where episode three did and then the next chapter he wakes up 'sore and confused' and has to be taken to the hospital by an 'innocent acting' non omega enigma >.> Lol whatever. And perhaps there is a flashback but honestly I just HATE when books/shows/anything does this! I need to see the action I don't want it skipped over EVER even if it is shown later! LIKE WHY?! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?! -screams;

I DON'T KNOW WHO AGREED TO THIS BUT WHY?! I am so mad that this is what is going to set the stage for every ABO to come! I mean literally set the stage for EVERYTHING we see! Like I told someone else, when something is the first of its kind it influences every copycat that comes after! THIS will likely be the standard for EVERY omegaverse adaption to come from here on out and I'm so depressed! Like UGH!Because this is NOT it! I really need someone to make Leta Blake's novels into movies! I would pay to see those! Because they are actually Omegaverse and not confusing and weird like this one!!!!

ALSO, no. I did not compare it with Pit Babe, I said Pit Babe captured the vibe of Omegaverse where as this did not even come close to capturing the vibe of Omegaverse. Storyline wise Desire obviously did way better than Pit Babe considering Pit Babe is not true Omegaverse. It's the vibe and feel of Desire that is off to me. That was my point. I was using Pit Babe as a visual aesthetic that is similar to how Omegaverse feels to read. That's all I was trying to do.

I think you missed the entire point of what I was saying. I did not say I was comparing Desire TO Pit Babe, I said that Pit Babe captured the VIBE of Omegaverse. I am not talking about the elements or the abilities of Omegaverse, I am talking about the feeling you get when you read Omegaverse. The aesthetic or feel of it, if you will. NOT anything else. I one hundred percent do not see Pit Babe as proper Omegaverse, the one thing they did right was the over-arcing FEEL of it. Which I can't describe any better than that tbh. I guess this is more of an 'if you know you know' sort of thing. Because, what I am describing has nothing to do with storyline or plot. It has to do with how it was filmed and the vibes of the actors playing the roles. The actors in Pit Babe understand what Omegaverse should feel like. Let's put it that way.

And yes, I understand this is from China where all things homosexual are censored. believe me, I very aware of the BS with that country and the shows that come out of it. But, that being said I don't even understand why they would make the first Omegaverse from that country anyway. You would think that the author would have wanted a true representation of her novel and have hired Taiwanese actors and filmed there instead. Because as you said, with Chinese actors they have to be careful what they let them say and do. It wouldn't have been that way in Taiwan. This would have been a way better production I think overall.

I won't drop the show, but I wanted to voice the major flaws with it, considering so many people are acting like this is top notch omegaverse when it's not. And no, pit babe isn't either. I don't know how you read what I wrote and got that I was saying Pit Babe was an Omegaverse because I specifically said it is not but still managed to do better at capturing the vibe than Desire did ... That is what I was saying. It was meant to be ironic since it isn't even true Omegaverse.
