on ep 4. ML is strong because his mom gave him all him her power? or whose power does he have that make him so strong? people kept calling him a solder or something like that (I watched this in my own language so i don't know the exact word they call him in English), but what is that?

i've been stuck on ep 25 for several days now because im afraid of watching until the end due to sad ending. can someone let me know if it ended with a sad ending?

No, because when he died, he asked SMY, “was I really wrong to pick this (making Anhe into puppets)? Or the author was like, these are side characters in TBoY so it’s okay if they died lol.

It makes sense why SCH became evil or evil in our eyes. If they needed to allied with someone powerful to help them come into the light, he just made the wrong decision on who to allied with. Maybe he just doing everything at all caused to free everyone. LOL i don't like how SCH became so dumb in TBOY. He was such a cunning and smart person in BR.

I actually like SCH character in BR more than SMY. SCH has a lot of ambition, but he also cares a lot for SMY and cares about his sect to want to change it. I don't know why SCH has to die in TBOY before BR can be disbanded. I remember in the beginning of TBOY SCH mentioned he will take BR to the light and go to the imperial city. at the end of TBOY, XS told SMY to kill SCH and BR can be disbanded. What's preventing it from happening in the past 10 years? I'm only on ep 18 in Blood River.

i didn't care much about SMY and SCH since they were not the main characters in TBOY, but after watching their journey in BR it sadden me. They've gone through so much, have so much hopes and dreams to be a regular person/regular sect but didn't accomplished that until the very end of TBOY (over 10 years pasted from current timeline). Sadly it's just SMY who stayed the same, but SCH has changed and became evil. SCH also care so much for SMY in BR. He would died for SMY. The relationship doesn't feel the same in TBOY.

Why the heck did he do all of this just to kill himself the moment he met her? And he left his child alone. Both of Anshi’s parents care about each other, themselves, and the world more than him. I’m surprised he grown up with such a humor and positivity in TBOY.

in TBOY it's like 2/3 way thru. dont remember which episode but it's when Wen Jun's son with YDZ talked to her in the palace. i dropped dashing youth because it got boring so i dont know what was said in this series.

If you plan to watch watch all 3 series then watch them in chronological order. Whatever you do, do not watch blood of
Youth before watching this drama or before dashing youth. Blood of youth has a lot of spoiler to the this and dashing youth so it sorta kill the magic. Watch blood of youth last.

In this storyline, does it have a SE where people died? I just listened to LYN’s ost of this drama and it seem so sad I don’t know if I can watch it. Someone let me know if it has a SE base on the books. Doew ML likes anyone and if that person died?

you should watch this drama. way better than dashing youth. i haven't watch blood river yet, but this one is a must watch after you finish blood river. dont watch this before blood river or dashing youth though.

after watching this drama a few times, i find her quite cute. prettier than Ye Ruo Yi. her make up is quite plain, but i still think she's cute without a ton of makeup like some other actress in other movies.

what did Wen Jun say to YDZ for him to suicide? im only referring to this after watching TBOY to see if it matches because the response in TBOY doesn't make any sense at all. why did he get thru all the trouble to get Wen Jun and she said she is going to run away with him that caused him to kill himself.

I forget, but did TMY died too after killing SCH in TBOY? It sorta sucks watching all the prequel series after TBOY because we know their endings.

Finish the series. What the heck was the point of making HaoChen not really HaoMing’s biological son after all the drama and trouble? Ifs so ridiculous! Great he is staying with ML and FL but he could have stayed with his biological family too. They should have left HC as HM’s biological son. That would have been a better ending since HC is so cute. Poor boy went thru depression. Imagine he finds out he’s not HM’s biological son.

With that aside, I think this is LuSi’s best drama. Not saying the drama has better storyline than others she’s in, but this one her acting was superb. She has so many facet of personality like an actual real life person, and not just a one dimensional sweet girl. Hope to see more of her once she’s healed.
