yeahhh.. i'm also intrigued how people complain and question why fl like 2ml. i mean, we only get the bad side of him, there's no story before even in the novel. like maybe 2ml doesn't always that bad, or that cold.. like we have no idea. so it's fine if she like him and from that she develop her maturity to judge people and to be stronger and even better.

i understand some people are just so impatient. even though, the series here quite have nice flow and the story are not complicated at all, it really is easy to digest and enjoyable.

but again, maybe people just want to rant and make comment because they're as excited as me 😆

His mom is from Sheng family, his father isn't. since chinese culture still quite patriarchal, lsy is 外孙 (wài sūn) - maternal grandchild. he doesn't bear the "Sheng" surname.

she talk back to someone, fiercely (i forgot who, but involving mistress's daughter), just making a charismatic scene ❤️

for this series, LSY is consider as an outsider, he won't be an heir.

but i think the writer choose not to focus on rich family dynamic situation, from what i read, mostly enjoyable and fluffy romance, not heavy melodramatic kind

at that party, the FL does something that intrigued the ML, just amused by her character.

in the novel, the detail is much given, but in short, when the friend told him that the FL want to meet ML, it kinda impose that FL like ML. so ML think their feeling are mutual.
So when he got into accident otw to the date, the FL who supposedly the one who invite ML, doesn't even show up (while he's recovering), look like she doesn't have remorse, and even worse she seem like to forgot him.

i do think after 1.5years it's not love, but grudge. but after he know her again, then he realizes that she still the same person he infatuated with.

the FL reject him though at first 😌

couple from rich family still have problem. my clients mostly crazy rich (asian) you have no idea the drama inside 🤣🤣 in this series there still problem from both family side, but all manageable

no, both from rich family, no objections there.
lys consider as an outsider, no one bother from his side family.
if i remember correctly there's some problem with nxg father due business thing, but since nxg don't care much about her father, it's doesn't influence much.

all just straight to fluffy romance 😆

i really hope they include the part where LYS try to play video game and ask kid to teach him 😆

OMG!!! This is exactly what i notice today!! yess he look much much better in style.
i was like, why the heck 2ml look more stylish (i notice the slim lapel for his suit looks good and sleek) than the ml who actually much richer than the 2ml. then boom, his wardrobe totally got upgraded.

for my argument on the previous ep, maybe it supposed to bring some dull, outdated look (?) if not, then yeah, the stylist much be upgraded. thank goodness they did

her mom is actually the one who taught her that, her mom is really brilliant and a very great parent. the rich thing is actually self made. her mom work hard for her. her father is actually the one who's rich, but both mom and daughter doesn't want to take any dime from him, though he offer her many times.

he found out later when the ml and fl got closer. ml found out about fl family situation, learn about the event, learn about his friend wrong daughter mention. it's not to late.

in this series, it might be around half of the show. since in the first book they officially date right after he solve the misunderstanding. and there still book 2 all about their relationship as couple.

and if i remember correctly, his confession is actually before he solve the misunderstanding, so here.. lys really is in love with xg no matter what. he walk past through his own anger, and found out later that what happen on accident day it's just misunderstanding.

this happened to me on other very popular drama when i'm not even criticizing, just asking questions about the production and hoping for open minded discussion. aaaanndd... they brand me as troll and hater 😆 i'm new to cdrama thing, and of course, it's shock me.

learn from other site, that this place is becoming war zone. i learn from many comments, that mostly people are biased, the popularity of the series is based from the actors/actress, when someone give even slightest negative comment, be prepared, you'll get nasty comeback 😆
it does makes me leave cdrama for a while, and stay in the dark.

but for this series only, because i was waiting for so long and so excited about it, that's why i love to reply on comments here. on other series, maybe not.

also, i don't bother with cdrama production ever again, it will never score high enough for me, so i learn just to enjoy whatever they give. lower my standard, it does help so much.
