so the flow of the live action is actually quite similar with the novel except we got to see the ML.
the first 4 episode is to tell background story of our FL, what happened to her and her life.
the accident event is important point that will be use as twist/dramatic event so that's why they don't reveal it yet

i agree, i study behavior and i understand his situations. and it make sense he became like that. the thing is, other human also have complex feeling. he only think about himself, thinking that nxg will always love him no matter what, while keeping rr by his side though he deliberately knows that rr is really toxic. like he wants it all, having them as back up. i also understand that zx is highly intelligent person, using his rationality, and critical insting. but he is low in interpersonal intelligence (Multiple Intelligence based), high logic, low interpersonal and linguistic.

in the novel, some college friend will try to contact her, to have gathering, but usually xg will avoid it. until some event that she must attend. but for friendship thing with the college friends is pretty much over.

i read our generation and it's quite heavy and confusing. and this story is so much more fluffier than OG. but maybe not as fluffy as HL. there's still some dramatic event, but easily can be digest.

no time skip but xg indeed cutoff the friendship. they just colleges friend for her now.

rr is the type who talk back behind xg and influence other friend with her words. that is why their friend easily believe rr rather than investigate the truth first. from how xg easily cutoff the friendship, i guess she also not that close to other roommate, just a roommate.

this is actually the twist. ys met xg in some party and attracted to her. ys's friend call him and tell him that xg want to meet him in private. so, ys who's excited to meet her, drive and got into accident, which ruin his career as surgeon (it severely break his hands). while in recovery, xg doesn't even visit him in hospital or say anything or show something like remorse eventhough ys got into accident because he wants to meet her (and she is the one who invite him). that's why ys so angry at xg.

and the twist, the one who sent the invitation (via friend in the beginning) is not even xg. xg doesn't even know ys at that time. it's someone else.
