Our house wasn’t big enough to leave a perfectly good room open for someone to occasionally occupy it. Once all the kids were gone our rooms were made into a room for grandma and a storage room.

This is definitely not a simple romcom. Far from it and leans heavily into frustrating.

The audience is divided on this one. You can read through comments and the reviews to see what camp you may fall in.

For me it’s one of those dramas that had potential but tried too hard to be something that it ended up failing at everything.

I think it’s because she was on the run when the video came out. Once she was back and questioned it was was already known by the detective that the attorney and his wife were the real culprits.

The FL was released because Mo Eun confessed in court and in front of a judge that she killed the FL husband.

Dang, that final scene after the credits started rolling has me all misty eyed. My final question was answered with that one moment.

Well done.

Loved it. So much better than The Manipulated. This one kept making me guess motives. You’d get answers then more questions, answers and questions. When it ends and you have to wait for the very final scene, it’s slightly after the credits start rolling for the final question to be answered.

It seems as though it will all be revealed in episode 9. It’s unfortunate the writers took this that far.

Right! and for episode 9 preview it looks like he’s still trying to have some sort of claim over the FL. Dude needs to get a clue. He better end up alone. What a waste of what should have been a solid BFF single dad character.

Same. I think the lie just went on for far too long that it became exhausting.

So no more episodes this week? Does that mean First Man will be delayed or will they cut episodes? There are still 7 episodes too many left in this drama with only 5 potential airing days to go.

I’ve understood the ending.

In kdramas, unless you see someone die they are more than likely still alive. If he did die then that’s the most anticlimactic death this drama could have offered. The hint of a bigger boss watching wasn’t lost on me. I just think it’s not necessary to have such an open ending. Kill the villain and wrap this up. 🤷‍♀️

A satisfying death scene would have sufficed. Let us know for certain he died in the fire, screaming in agony or laughing maniacally would have worked too. Just something. No need to tease a second season. This drama doesn’t need it.

Completely agree. Cartoonish is exactly how I describe the villains here too. For me, over the top chaotic villains with unlimited power and resources are boring. The drama was entertaining anyway, just wish the villains didn’t have the standard and predictable blueprint. It cheapened it for me.

Today’s episode 117 was hilarious. I laughed so loud my entire neighborhood must have heard me. The whole thing is comical. It doesn’t make any sense why the chairman would sign over his shares over some weak ass “evidence” just like that. I guess this is the only universe where a rich person doesn’t immediately call their attorney to sort it out. Even though he’s always calling one for everything else. The cloth doesn’t make him a murderer at all. He could have dropped it and never seen it again. Unless they can physically put him at the scene of the crime with witnesses saying yes, that man is the murderer, that handkerchief means zero by itself. As for the document, the chairman seems to not want it public because it could prove he stole technology. Why doesn’t he just go to what’s his name, his daughter in laws dad and buy it? Both are shady dudes who just want money money money so pick a price? it doesn’t seem that complicated when you’re faced with public scrutiny and potential legal issues.

Awhile back I said this drama must have been written by a young teen who won a creative writing contest. I still stand by that. This drama lacks critical thinking.

Right! It’s so good. I’m really surprised this wasn’t picked up by a major streaming platform. More people need access to this one.

I’ve been wondering that too. We’ve got hints to what could be an interesting backstory but with only 2 episodes left there’s not much time to give answers.

LOL I kept wondering the same thing. What was with the other cars not caring AT ALL? Everyone just driving like nothing was happening? Then when they exited the tunnel, no one else did? Where did all those other cars go?
