Completely agree. I’m rarely a fan of kdrama villains because they are almost always the same characters and become rather cartoonish by the end.
Give me a proper backstory. Put the viewer in a position to question themselves or even low key agree or understand the villains motivation for chaos. Give me something other than an infinite amount of money, power and completely unhinged.
How is this different than Lucia's blind yelling about Mi So at the start of the drama?
There’s no proof the papers were ever in the Chairman’s possession now that the locked drawer has been opened by Lucia alone. It’s very easy for him to get out of this situation. Same with the handkerchief, even his dna doesn’t prove he killed the dude. His handkerchief could have been stolen and him framed. Both are weak as evidence. They prove nothing.

Queens House was my first too and that one was fantastic. Just over 1/2 way the FL wised TF up and took real action. It was so rewarding to watch.
This one is just sad. It’s a what not to do kind of drama. Just do the opposite of whatever Lucia does from the very beginning and you’ll be ok. Cause whatever this is…it ain’t it. She’s still surprised bad people are doing bad things. Like come on now, it’s episode 116 and you still can’t keep your SH*T together? She’s just going to put it all out there? Her “evidence” is weak at best. She has no case built against the Mins that would hold up in court.
The only flaw in this drama is SML liking FL. Rather that that it is really a good show. I can't wait for next…
Agreed. It’s probably my least favorite trope, the unrequited love getting jealous and acting a fool 🙄. I’ve never seen a drama where it was a value add.
I dropped Salon Dr Holmes because of terrible subs then but do you know if the subs are better now?
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like any good platforms have picked it up yet. The subs aren’t great but it’s not bad either. The biggest problem with auto generated ones are the pronouns but you get used to it and the context helps you know who’s being talked about.
Probably because the script was slightly better than the Impossible Heir, his last drama, which was awful.
Dear Hongrang was his last drama which (despite some big plot holes) was pretty well received. So he’s shown he’s capable, we all know he is, but projects like this and the Impossible Heir aren’t helping his career at all.
So when the outro starts, does anyone else get all into it? I sing the words (I don’t even understand them) excitedly while waiting for the preview to start. This drama may drive me insane but that outro gets me every time.

That’s fine, I’m just saying First Man was listed as December 8th not even a week ago. Now it says the 15th. Still fine, I was only repeating what someone else commented. They said this drama been extended, I’m not sold on it but that’s what they said. A news article also says 125 episodes so I guess we shall wait and see.
