Okay I watched upto the 4th episode and it's super fun to me. The virtual scenarios are dreamy but Jisoo really shines as Seo Mirae in the real world showcasing her vulnerability. The chemistry between Seo Kangjoon and Jisoo and Jisoo and Seo Inguk is a highlight so far.

Classic infiltrator. Always keeping an eye on people.

Hope we get an origin story on Juran and her gangster associate. Seems like he's the one that kidnapped Nora.

Song Juran is so annoying. Like why is this lady who is stranger living in the family house and accosting family members? Living like that in your own house must be exhausting.

This is just my theory but in the background of the newest drama poster there is a webtoon poster. I translated the pic and the webtoon is named campus love. Seo Kangjoon's character is wearing matching pink varsity jacket with Mirae(Jisoo's character).We can also see a poster titled first love with his image. I think Mirae modeled the male lead of the campus love male lead off her real first love played by KJ. So, when she enters her campus love fantasy, she's taken to the circumstances of her webtoon. Again, in the background we can a cardboard cutout of Lee Soohyuk's character holding roses. Since this is manhwa art studio, I think he's actually a character from one of their successful manhwas so they have a cut out of him. If you look at the trailer, his character is the one taking her to luxury dates like a chaebol character from a comic. I'm thinking the faces of these men are based on real men she's interacted with and these 2 specifically are the accumulation of her romantic fantasies.

Idk how I feel about this. She's not getting any younger and yo-yo dieting like this can't be healthy for anyone. Plus, bone density and reproductive health also depend on a healthy weight. It may be her body her choice but her constantly talking about it also affects her audience.

Seo Kangjoon and Lee Soohyuk seemed to be heavily featured in the promo material. Wonder if they're gonna be in the press con too?

Release a new trailer or something. I watched the previous one too many times 🥹

I like her and all but to me it seems like she looks for excuses to lose weight.

What if Cha Jungil is the captain? The running gag in the show is that he's technologically challenged. So, no one would think he's running a forum like yeoido pirates. Jeongwoo lived in Hong Kong for however many years so I highly doubt he has that much intel on the yeoido area as much as CJI. There must be a reason his character was the only one not fired among sobangcha, right?

I find that I enjoy kdramas more when I avoid the discourse surrounding whatever drama I'm watching. Gonna binge watch this when it finishes to save myself the headache.

Sorry, I don't agree with that notion. SML and love triangle is there to throw adversity in their love story. As for her not choosing the sml, I think that's fine too. Every character can't get a happy ending within the confines of the story.

Reading the comments here, I'm left wondering when did drama viewers become like this? How are you expecting to watch a romcom if there are no plot devices and tropes? At it's core, it's a story of people falling in love. If there was no points of tension, this would be a family vlog not a drama.It's totally unfair to expect all conflict to be resolved within 6 eps of a 12 ep drama. It feels like people don't watch dramas to be entertained but to endlessly criticize for seemingly mundane points.

That's not true though. If you look through the photos on this page you can see them shooting in real locations. But you do make a good point. Maybe the flatter lighting is being used to convey the vr. I'll watch to see if i like it.

Sorry the lighting looks flat to me. Maybe this is the director's style but I personally don't like what I'm seeing in the trailer.

I was really excited to watch this but the cinematography makes the show look very flat/one dimensional. Still gonna watch but wish the visuals looked better.

One thing I have to say is Park Shinhye's acting is so crazy. When I first started watching this drama, I thought it wasn't believable that she's 20 years old. But as the days went on now I find her portrayal very accurate.

I did. Can you recap what she did that's other than her reporting on Korean media articles? I'm open to having my mind changed.

Why do so many people act like this Lilly Alice person makes up controversies? She just reports on what goes in Korean media right?
