I'm not familiar with the original so I was quite pleasantly surprised by the suspenseful atmosphere. Hope this does super well for Jiwon.

Initially I was excited for this drama but idk this is just a nothing burger. The directing is bad. Centering a status issue around a wealthy character is very out of touch. Seemingly big issues get solved in the same episode but the characters learn nothing in the long run. So, the plot just flatlines. Byeon Wooseok's acting was disappointing in some scenes(I liked his acting in every other show I have watched him in but this one) and the chemistry is lacking. A 6/10 if I'm being generous.

If people started shipping some hetero platonic relationship, I would find it similarly annoying. I'm quoting your words exactly that I somehow implied that wanting queer representation is seen as fetish which is aboslutely untrue. All I said is you guys claim every vague even platonic male to male relationships are queer when it's not. I don't think forcing queerness on straight shows is gay representation. If that makes homophobic or heteronormative in borderline porn brained people, so be it.

I think it's because the audience that projects bl on every male centered project or male characters are just perverse like that. They are unable to see a relationship between men as only sexual/romantic . A very warped and fetishized outlook honestly.

When Lee Ahn asked Yirang if she was happy with her husband, she remembers him coming to her rescue as happy times for her marriage. Meaning she was happier when she was with him instead of her husband. Yirang you messyyy queen 🤣

I'm sorry to say but there is a zero percent chance of that happening. The drama is prefilmed and edited before relase as such they have a definite and limited ep count. The only way to get extra content is waiting for the bluray release which will have the director's cut. Episode counts have no chance in increasing in modern day dramas regardless of popularity.

Actually think it's intentional since Lee Ahn and Yirang know each other for a long time intimately unlike him and Heejoo. He also accompanies her in events so maybe it's to show how familiar they're with each other.

Makes sense since Ahn is the regent and he's the pm. So, they're always in opposition.
