He did look good, It was real. I think he made sure to look good, some makeup and great clothes so that Mumu wouldn’t find out that he was in a bad condition otherwise she would have been conflicted about going to Canada. If you look closely you can see that he looked like someone in pain.

Yes l think the doctor tells her when she goes to his house because in the preview she mentions that if she hadn’t gone to his house she wouldn’t have found out about the leg. He really needs to be brave, l was surprised while watching the preview that he hadn’t even revealed the truth till episode 24. Well it is hard for him but he can’t run away forever. His fortunate enough to be dealing with someone patient like Mumu otherwise a majority of woman if placed in Mumu’s shoes wouldn’t have tolerated it for so long.

Yes despite the separation being long it was much needed. I am sure Mumu wouldn’t have grown into the mature woman we are seeing now if they continued the relationship in that state. They are good for each other but truly did have stuff to work on as you said.

I also hoped they could be transparent with each other from the moment they reconnected after 6 years😭. Ohh yes that lady you saw in the preview is Zhao’s doctor who was recommended to him by Mike since the time he had surgery.

6 years was too much! The worst part is it was 6 years of pain and suffering for both of them though they did make progress in their lives.

I know most of us are angry at Jin Zhao for being an abandoner while also being in love with Mumu but for a second let’s put ourselves in his shoes. It’s not everyday or moment that one feels confident in themselves regardless of what they are going through. He had his ego, he believed that to be a great man for Mumu he had to be flawless.

This is a problem yes but it actually needs to be worked on not something which can be turned around overnight. Probably, he had started feeling good about himself when he was with Mumu yet circumstances still forced them to part leaving him in the dark again.

I am not justifying his actions but remember this is the life he had lived to date. Communication is really crucial and there are no two ways about that. He could have handled the situation better but let’s not forget how he was feeling during this whole time! How he felt like he had lost everything.

He also desired to be the one to look after and stand up for Mumu yet looking at his state after the accident he felt helpless and hopeless. I stand by being transparent with Mumu but also want us to acknowledge how troubling this whole situation was for Zhao.

I would definitely recommend it even in my sleep! 😂🤭It portrayed everything it hoped to despite making me cry here and there and having some scenes cut.
