Sometime after Zhao went missing his phone later went into use, even Sanlai said if Zhao was in the car and it exploded his phone should have been destroyed so together with Mumu they concluded he wasn’t in the car by the time it reached the ground and exploded.

So the map Zhao received which he was bound to follow in the race was leading him into the trap that is being bursted as the mole or possibly d🥺eth. Mumu wasn’t allowed to meet Zhao before the race so the only way to save him was to beg Wan Qing to grant her access to meet Zhao. wan Wing took it as a perfect opportunity to get back at Mumu hence the order to kneel if she wanted to save Zhao.🫠

I can’t wait for tomorrow’s episode so we can understand what’s going on because episode 20 ended with them supposedly breaking up🙃

Sadly, l didn’t read the novel but someone commented a few days ago that Mumu will visit a cafe which gave the same vibes as the one she had told Zhao she would want to open so she revisited and left the pen he gave her to test if Zhao owns the cafe. She later calls the cafe inquiring about the pen and she’s told that the boss took it so ends up going to the cafe to meet him.

I just watched the preview for ep 21 & 22 and it seems things might go that way.

We can never know the reasoning behind the streaming platforms and their marketing strategies. I did get that thought when it was released

In episode 20 they were doing monthly time skips as Mumu was updating Zhao on her life in Canada. We sure do have more time skips to come.🫠
They haven’t really mentioned the extent of the leg damage but they did mention spinal nerve damage and yes you are right with physiotherapy he was already improving by end of episode 20.

Okay so Jin Zhao ends up racing and gets involved in an accident which injures his leg badly. He goes missing for a few days but Jiang Mu later finds out he’s alive. During that time before they met up Chris, Mumu’s stepfather visits her and informs her that her mum is sick so she had to go to Canada. So that’s how they end up separated in episode 20. Jin Zhao stays in Thailand receiving rehab so as to regain ability to walk. Episode 19 and 20 are too heavy🫠

Umm are we not the ones who were all giggly a few days ago yet now we are sobbing😭😭😭 Ohh Speed and love what a rollercoaster ride it is for our emotions!!!!!
