Yeah I wondered about that too, sleeping pills was much less painful way to go, maybe he wanted to emotionally scar his peeprator the worst possible way, and thus chose the most graphic way... unfortunately the peeprator doesn't have the ability to feel such emotions, we viewers got traumatised in her stead🥲😭

Looking from her pov doesn't change anything, she's in desperate need of help, she has a personality disorder for crying out loud, instead she refuses that and keeps on harming people around her, even innocent ones who have nothing to do with her childhood, Ajin wasn't the only traumatised child here, same with Junseo he enabled everything, which is why he came back to his sense and started bringing her down from her self destruction, atleast in the webtoon...but we're just supposed to forget anything else and focus on her since she's the Main Character and has all the plot armours

No, In Gang committing suicide was always part of the plot unless you expected something different from the webtoon plot, they changed few things here and there but yeah the plot doesn't get lost for it. You might've noticed him throwing away all the alcohols and sleeping and other medications and thought he was getting back on track, but what you saw was a person who's about to end things soon, thus wouldn't need those substances. That's a tell tell sign of a suicidal person, all the depression suddenly vanishes, since they know the end is closer to soon. I still hoped a better ending for him tho, it just got worse instead
