I just finished episode 8 and I am having a really hard time continuing this drama. Maybe its just because I am…
I don't like how FL keeps rejecting him either. You have to watch the whole show to understand why she did it. Basically she experienced a lot of trauma and it affected her mental health which lead her to not pursue any romantic relationships. I watched the whole thing but I disliked it solely due to her rejecting him and her lack of communication. The story focuses a lot on her trauma but it's not explained in detail until the last 10 episodes . But I agree she is more neutral than cold. she keeps her distance but he keeps pursuing her. when you find out why she does it. it makes since especially because the love story and her trauma and very intertwined
this is my first drama of him and i was not expecting him to look thaaat good hahaha i mean you can’t really…
he is also in destined. You should watch that as well I enjoyed that tv show although I wish their was more romance scenes between him and his love interest
This show had me mesmerized until the final 10 episodes where we finally learn about her trauma in detail.I couldn't…
I disliked that part too. I wish she had just communicated with him and her friend. I believe it was meant to expand on her trauma. People handle stressful situations differently, and it seems like she thought it would be best to run away from everyone or avoid the situation entirely. Running away, failing to communicate, and being avoidant are actually trauma responses, especially since she didn’t want any of her friends or the male lead to get hurt. I think the writers included that choice to make the story sadder. It’s also normal for someone who is being stalked to leave in order to avoid their stalker, and it adds to the romance because this time he tries to find her and doesn’t let her go. This time, he also knows why she ran away. Still, I would have liked the story better if she had communicated with everyone and realized that her boss, her friend, and her boyfriend would all help her.
i decided to finish it and while the ending is extremely romantic and beautiful, this was a though watch, it was…
It was tough for me to watch as well. I mostly disliked the plot. Their love story had a lot of troubles but it could have been avoided by her effectively communicating with him and her friend. I am understanding because she experienced trauma and it's very relatable but I also wish she would be an adult and communicate. I believe their love for each other was off because it seemed like he was interested in her just out of physical attraction. Although he was always emotionaly there for her it was one sided. And they didn't have much of a mental or emotional connection. I liked the 2FL and 2MLs story line better but for some reason their scenes were cut short and they stopped expanding on their story line other than the 2MLs childhood trauma. Now that I think about it both of their love stories involved one person experiencing trauma and the other helping them through it. This was a sad romance story. Mostly because of her unhealed trauma. I can relate to some parts of her story as an avoidant person but I prefer my romance stories to not have have sadness 😂
I disliked it as well. Only because the main reason why they had troubles in their relationship was because of communication issues and her being avoidant instead of telling everyone what was going on. And that annoyed me. I also feel like his interest in her was based on physical attraction rather than a mental or emotional connection. Even though he was always there for her emotionaly it was a bit one sided on her part.
Is drama really worth the hype? Cause I have seen so many hyped up dramas that turn out to be disappointing
I watched the whole thing but I didn't care for it much. Lots of people say it's a good show but I disliked the plot. Without spoiling it to much the plot focuses a lot on her Trauma and she is avoidant so there are communication issues. My only agitation is that a lot of their romance issues could have been avoided with communication
I wish they had more scenes. Half way through the show I got tired of seeing ML and FL together.
After the other love stories were introduced. I started liking FL and ML less and less. By the time the 2ML and 2FL got together I stopped paying attention to them.
Pls tell me FL not only regain her memories but also her powerful aura/scenes? Im tired of FL being nerfed. I…
She does regain her powers but she gets them back slowly. She also regains her memories but it happens slowly and she gets them all at the very end. He was born with it in his heart. It might make more since as you watch the show but he doesn't necessarily hate her he just has a tough shell. He actually falls in love with her and that's why he gets so angry. He can't control his emotions because of the sprit spring and goes into a angry demon rage. He didn't realize he made a mistake until she is already dead.
I liked the love stories of the side characters better. I also cried when the fox died. I wish he could be in…
Same here. The leads love story line had no depth. Every other coupled character had somewhat of an emotional connection and the leads were just automatically attracted to each other. The more I watched the show the more boring the leads love storyline became because the other characters had better love stories. I was interested in the love story of their past lives as Jing Yuan and Xing Yue but by that time I was more concerned/interested in Fu Ling and Chang.

It was definitely the chemistry and emotional aspect. The ML and FL were automatically drawn to each other, and it was instantaneous; nothing else kept them together. But the 2nd ML and FL had a much deeper emotional connection. Bai Xi encouraged him when they were younger, and he did the same for her when they were older and reconnected.
Tell me why I got so invested in two very small side character’s story that were only in one episode?? I was…
I liked the love stories of the side characters better. I also cried when the fox died. I wish he could be in two more episodes their love didn't even have time to blossom.
Poll:What character is the dumbest? What character do you dislike more?Who is your favorite side character of…
Yao is dumber and I dislike him more. Yao plotted to kill his best friend over a misunderstanding between something that happened when they were 8 years old and had no control over. Then after Suige Spared his life he plotted to kill him and his dad afraid that Suige would kill him.
