The better question is: Why people even question actors' choices what they want to star in? I don't remember anyone…
I’m watching the show cause it has a good plot and good acting. But to answer your question, we don't have to ask Bruce that cause he's not in an “unofficial” ship, and he's out here playing it safe by acting multiple bromances. Come on, even the Chinese media with all its strict rules didn't play in our faces like that. Of course when you don't care or barely care about the lgbtq+ community it’s easy for you to defend this in the weirdest way possible.
And before you go, “they don't have to kiss!” “they don't have to do nc scenes” yeah, you're right. Shows like, “A shoulder to cry on” barely had hugs, we didn't get a kiss scene but it’s so many people’s favourite.
GmmTv knows SkyNani are good actors, Sky has been popular long before even HSF, so why not use them to earn? Lol they don’t want to do bl but they know things like being a pair brings money and benefits so they hopped on it.
So yeah, queerbaiting. It’s a good show but also we can't act like we don't see what’s happening. I'm not going to ramble on about how GmmTv is indirectly/unknowingly promoting homophobia in queer spaces by doing this repeatedly, so I am just going to say let's just enjoy the series without acting like people who understand how this can backfire on the community are being dramatic.
I'm currently watching this. I'm on episode 9 (I randomly came here to check if it’s a happy ending to avoid…
Hi! I finished it last night and it was definitely a masterpiece (although I understand if you don't like it). And since you said you struggled and dropped it at episode 21, I definitely think you should pick it back up because from there, the stakes rose and more plot twists unfolded.

Tysm for understanding 💗🙏 didn't want to come off as hostile or rude 😅 And I totally get why you’d drop Untamed. I'll be back here when I finish this show so that I can let you know my opinion. Hopefully, you’ll get my notification 💗
Also, I didn't know they keep doing the same weird style of makeup for the FL😂 luckily, she’s pretty so I can overlook it.
heyy guys, I'm currently stuck at ep21 and I've left it on hold for a longgg time now. I started watching this…
I'm currently watching this. I'm on episode 9 (I randomly came here to check if it’s a happy ending to avoid heartbreak and then saw your comment) And one thing I’ll always respect is people’s opinions on shows because we can't all have the same tastes and we might not like certain tropes, but to say the FL can't act? I must be watching something else? Lol because she's doing a great job. Although I’d prefer a different makeup on her.
And before you think I am biased or anything, I am new to Cdrama world (started binging lots of them last month lol), so I don't even know her name. I've only ever seen her in The Untamed tbh.
Oh, and the OST is fire! I haven't checked out the title yet, so I don't know the name but it’s the one that says, “Even if this life leads to ruin, I still choose to be entangled with you.” 🥹🥹
My goodness, the chemistry is insane. The FL won my heart😂 if I ever decide to be in a relationship, I’d want someone like her (Jk! Relationships are stressful 🤣) but she’s so funny, cute, she’s so fun! The ML was strict and unfeeling but that’s where FL comes in and I loved every bit of it! I loved ML’s loyalty and sense of judgment. He wasn't cruel just for the fun of it. The little moments when he smiled and showed happiness were my favourite, cause really, he went through a lot!
Also, I relate to her so bad—I think most of us can🤣 Work sucks but you have to get going and if I ever get an opportunity to slack off and eat all day (without getting fat and going broke) I would grab it!😭 Tinyuang! The woman that you are😩💗
The story is an 8.5/10 for me due to some reasons but overall, I enjoyed this! Caught my lonely ass smiling at the screen every time the FL and ML are together!
I loved the snake guy and his girl, wish they showed more of their relationship!
And I know this is just wishful thinking but I wish we got more scenes from their modern life. I wish all their close ones got together in the modern world. Even just 20 minutes of screentime would do🥹
Wow this was a good watch 💗💗 I didn't expect it as I went in blind… I cried a lot, laughed a lot and several times I almost had a heart attack thinking the male lead or female lead would die😂 As for the princess, I’m glad she learned her lesson—though in a very hard way 😭 I felt bad for her and all the anger I felt towards her in the beginning dissolved. The second prince is the kind of sibling who deserves the whole world. He was a good brother 💗
Lmao I just started watching this randomly (I’m on ep 3) and I love how the leads are on each other’s throats. They take “an eye for an eye” too seriously 😭🤣🤣
Sometimes its okay to have an open ending/unhappy ending. It's okay to normalise characters seeking help, trying to get better so they can love wholeheartedly.
But then again, there are people like Koh and Jira irl who end up together knowing damn well that they are destructive to each other… So yeah, I understand the writer(s) decision.
This wasn't a love story, I still don’t see it as one. To me, it felt a lot like Codependency. And Jira was the perfect example of a “Moth drawn to flame” he swears he's going in the right direction because he thinks the flashy light and warmth leads the way home but he's only gonna get burnt.
People who say this show is boring, no offence but did we watch the same show? 😂 It's okay if it's not your cup of tea but this show had our group chat and Bl twitter arguing every Wednesday, lol
I'll come back with a detailed review after work 🫠
Am I the only one enjoying this show? Lol. The last episode made me laugh and well, I teared up a little when the eight-tailed fox spoke to FL at the park. I don't get the complaints… I am beginning to question my taste based off these comments cause hell, this is such a light-hearted, silly drama that makes me laugh.
Someone said ML should be more affectionate… imo he had no reason to be in the earlier episodes and we can all see that he's becoming affectionate.
Maybe I am reaching but are we trying to project our idea of “romance” or “ideal romance” on this wildly mismatched but unique couple? 🤔🤔
I know everyone is mad at Toh but I’m really not… I do want him to stand the fuck up though. At first, my friends and I thought he was pretending to be in love with Jimmy to get back at him after their first night together where he heard Jimmy speaking to Teh but now, it doesn't seem so and I am sad for him🥲
I've seen/heard stories like this irl and it gets pretty bad, they lose self-worth. Don't know if it's low self-esteem, attention/love starved, don't even fucking know cause ain't no way Teh and Fah spoke sense into him and he went back to apologise to Jimmy.
This show never fails to make me laugh every week and it's not even comedy 🤣 that's how ridiculous these characters…
Saying, “I’ve been craving your cooking,” to your ex, right in front of your current boyfriend is crazy🤣🤣 The audacity to even look clueless and ask him “what’s wrong?” lmao, this shit is sending me🤣
This show never fails to make me laugh every week and it's not even comedy 🤣 that's how ridiculous these characters are but I love it anyway. Also, the bar is in hell cause tell me why Jimmy’s ex thinks Jimmy who cheats is a better option because he never hit him when they were together?🤣🤣 omg. That was so ridiculous, I had to pause and come drop a comment 😭
Okay, wow. This was a great start, everything happened at once and it didn't feel overwhelming. Also who gets engaged within hours of meeting someone? 🤣 North is so silly😂
Great casting, they all looked good :) And whoever thought to make Poon and Mark cousins is a genius, I’ve low-key always thought they looked similar.

Brb let me watch real quick
