Wow, this only got 145 million views in China during its promotional run. It was a huge flop, and even on Douban it dropped to a 2.9 rating. People really boycotted/hated this drama so much. It's among the 10 dramas with the lowest ratings, and the audience flopped. The directors and crew will definitely feel this negative impact. I hope the actors do memorable work so nobody remembers this.

Sea Tawinan, I'm impressed, he delivered such a great performance, one of the best of his career. The special effects in this series are definitely very good; it doesn't even look like it's from GM TV, I guess it isn't, right? A good first episode.

Seriously, how did I not discover this C-drama before? It's simply perfect! I watched episodes 1 through 4 and thought, "Wow, what a silly drama," but from episode 5 onwards, you see the bad boy protagonist mature and learn to communicate with our hardworking, golden boy. The dialogue, declarations, acting, attitudes, and messages—I cried at some points because they truly touched me. What a wonderful drama! I highly recommend watching it; it's worth every second.

I feel like I need to say this here: finally, a GMMTV drama with depth! You know, there are many good dramas, but many have mediocre scripts, and this drama delivers everything! Character development and learning to deal with trauma, plus a super cute partnership story. Seriously, it's the best! I'm totally in love with this drama.
