i miss the era

Seriously, how did I not discover this C-drama before? It's simply perfect! I watched episodes 1 through 4 and thought, "Wow, what a silly drama," but from episode 5 onwards, you see the bad boy protagonist mature and learn to communicate with our hardworking, golden boy. The dialogue, declarations, acting, attitudes, and messages—I cried at some points because they truly touched me. What a wonderful drama! I highly recommend watching it; it's worth every second.

But they share a few kisses before it's declared love, so it doesn't take long for a kiss to happen, for those who don't like it to take too long. It happens in episodes 13 and 20 or so.

I don't know if there are misunderstandings because it's a romance that's present throughout the drama but is built slowly, and there's also the fact that he's human and she's a ghost, so there aren't many barriers, but they interact throughout the entire drama. I think if I were to list misunderstandings, it would be 8 episodes of the entire drama, but the reasons are understandable. Duan Xu is sweet and cute with the protagonist until the end, even when they're separated.

I feel like I need to say this here: finally, a GMMTV drama with depth! You know, there are many good dramas, but many have mediocre scripts, and this drama delivers everything! Character development and learning to deal with trauma, plus a super cute partnership story. Seriously, it's the best! I'm totally in love with this drama.

I think this drama is so beautiful, it's a moving love story because she's a 400-year-old ghost who didn't have her five senses and never felt anything until she met the love of her life. Duan Xu was the light that made Simu shine even brighter. This story is so powerful, I cried a lot during the wedding scene and afterwards. The way Duan Xu treats Simu is so sweet, but at the same time sad because it affects his health. Seriously, what a wonderful drama, one of the best of 2026 for sure.

this drama so iconic ,Despite its poor ending, it deserves acclaim. The characters have layers upon layers, and these are shaped over time, and the performances are breathtaking.

I'm sorry, but I agree with many of the general criticisms. This drama lacked better writing and direction. Several characters lose their personalities, and some who had depth become nothing more than empty shells. The acting lacks emotion, and that ending? Seriously, unfortunately, this drama was one of the biggest failures in years. I hope the actors get better roles so they can forget about this bomb.

Look, I think you should watch The Princess Agent; it's much better and deeper in its story and characters. They all have a purpose. I was disappointed that some characters here only serve as comic relief instead of having a real purpose.

When I saw the rating, I thought it was just nitpicking about the actress, but what about the script? The best thing about this drama is the actress because the script is very weak and it was very cringe. Unfortunately, this reset didn't work.
