Thank you! I agree prime vudeo did nothing to properly advertise this series. And it was so fun!
Yeah, what a bummer 😏anyway, despite that, it achieved a solid and pretty good success considering its broadcasting conditions. It also did very well on PV
I agree with you! that romcom was so good and very special. it was very underrated. if it was on netflix it could get a big hype but it was on prime video 😭. The chemistry and lee jung jae and lim ji yeon were si amazing! top tier acting!! 😍😍😍
I consume, review, market, sell, focus group and promote content for a living. And I have never seen the element…
Even from the promotion and aggressive marketing stage, with all the hype that I think was partly fake, I understood it was a bad, childish, and amateurish romcom. everything there feels forced and over the top, also the chemistry between the leads which i didn't see between them. I truly feel like they built up hype over absolutely nothing.
I’ll check it out! I’d love to not have to perpetually typecast her as a villain.
so i hope this romcom changes your mind. for me, it's my favorite romcom, and I started liking Lim Ji-yeon because of her role there. her charcter is complicated but very cute in her own way 😊
I didn't like her acting in My royal nemasis either. she was amazing in the romcom she did before that—Nice to Not Meet You. I highly recommend this excellent romcom. there, she proves that she knows how to do comedy and deliver a charming, cute character.
After that you can watch Lies hidden in my garden. It's a fine mystery drama with good production value but quite…
If you enjoy deep, mature romance and witty comedy. Lim ji yeon and Lee jung jae. did a romcom before mrn. i higely recommend it. It's called "Nice to Not Meet You". it's not the typical furmulaic romcoms, ut's more simple amd realistic. some people didn't like the age gap between the main couple, but people are often too judgmental and don't focus on what matters. It is suggested to ignore that, and if you connect with this style, watch it too. Lim Ji-yeon is amazing there. It is an amazing romcom with amazing chemistry.
I agree with her decision, her previous drama was like a biography, most people look for some Dopamine in a drama…
Ah, I get it! I haven't seen Lady Ok, and yes, her previous romcom was called Nice to Not Meet You. I highly recommend it, if you like a mature romance that is different from the typical romcom.
I agree with her decision, her previous drama was like a biography, most people look for some Dopamine in a drama…
It's was a satire about the entertainment world and about the enemise to lovers relationship not a biography. I think exactly the opposite. I think her previous romcom was amazing, unique, and touching, well made. I defenitaly got my dopamine from them, their chemistry was amazing. a world of differences between the two romcoms, but then again, it’s a matter of taste.
I used to see Lim ji yeon as someone who just knows how to pick great projects, but then MRN happened. there must be a logical reason why she chose this romcom, which, in my opinion, is just so bad and amateurish. she probably wanted to go mainstream.
I agree! I didn't feel the chemistry between then. it felt so force and without a real depth. i don't understand how pp are saying that their chemistry is good?
I agree, It's very bad. every single time, I fail to understand the hype and compliments this romcom gets. this is how you don't make a romcom! the writing is amateurish and lazy, relying on clichés instead of bringing emotional depth and originality, which makes it fall flat into superficiality. People love the chemistry between the main couple? I didn't see any chemistry there, everything between them felt forced, their relationship wasn't built in a logical or good way, and I just don't see the visual compatibility between them. the comical parts was too much, the dramric parts was too much. there was no balace. How easly romcom can be popular the qulity in romcoms doesn't matter, let's just gives the viewers flashy, entertainment moment , put it in netflix and we are a succsses😂
I first discovered Lee Jung jae through his role as Seong Gi hun in Squid Game, and I just felt so connected to his role and fell in love with him. It wasn’t even because of his looks at first, I was completely captivated by his acting and how he brought Gi hun to life with such fragility and humanity. after that, I went on to watch him in many other roles, and that's when I truly realized what a phenomenally versatile actor he is. he completely transforms into every character he takes on and put his whole heart into it! I also realize just how stunningly handsome and attractive he actually is! a true beauty! It is no surprise that he won an Emmy and became a global icon after Squid Game. it was well deserved and highly justified.
Beyond being a phenomenal, charismatic A-list actor with legendary achievements, what truly sets him apart from other Korean actors is the unique aura that surrounds him. he literally radiates light, endless kindness, and a heartwarming cuteness that shines right through his eyes. every single expression, every line he delivers, and every character he portrays is done to absolute perfection, with such profound sincerity and truth.
To me, Lee Jung jae is a once in a generation talent. I wish him continuous success in showing the world what a larger than life actor he truly is. may he keep shining bright in all his future projects, both as an actor and a director. most importantly, I wish him abundant health and endless happiness.

it's so overrated, not justification for that.
have a nice watch in every drama you'll watch
