Too cute and silly but most of the times too childish with too many petty schemes. There are way too much push and pull scenarios. Idk why i started watching this in the first place TT She kept pestering him. Also she is supposedly more intellectual than human beings but she can't read between the lines and almost all of the times acts like a fool. I just wish she showed more of her abilities as an alien. I'm halfway thru the series but she didn't show much of that. Also jx acts like a spoiled teenage girl who can't seem to let go of her toy, that's her role but her actions and ways are a bit too childish for an "heiress" supposedly. *sighs* I'm putting this on hold for the meantime.

Except for the fact that they 99% they won't end up together at present time. It's as if the whole drama is just a "dream" Now, if you'll ask me whose dream it is i don't know lol, I'm kind of having a hard time thinking where it actually started, i mean everything actually didn't happen. I guess this is the beauty of this drama, it will keep you guessing even after it ended. Now, how to deal with it? I'm having a hard time moving on TT
Woah why didn't I watch this earlier?? What a roller coaster ride of emotion.. I'm still half way through the series but I think this is gonna be one of my favorites. Ep1 already made me tear up lol. I opted out watching the pilot episode of TKEM bc of this. Yes and I've been waiting for a long time for that one.. seriously.. .This is such a gem anyone wouldn't want to miss.
I'm still at ep3 but I'm not sure if I should continue. The fl is a bit annoying. She owes him her life yet she stole from him. She strives for independence yet she's so into the wedding. Others would have ran from home instead. But I guess that's what makes her unique :-\ Maybe she'll change???

Yeah and they're scared shitless of the antagonist despite knowing well that he's the antagonist. Instead, they focus more on his underlings and other things wc makes this more draggy *sighs*
This is one of the few dramas i binged watch till the end. The story was building up so nice until that last few episodes re revenge due to petty reasons. Also the last part where there are so many unanswered questions. They played it safe I guess. Other stories would risk it all and let the worst thing happen (like actually reviving "that"). But I guess that would be too much. Still, I would list this drama as one of my favorites. The actors delivered really well, the music and bgms are so on point even the costumes are stunning. I love how they build up the romance between Fu Yao and WuJi. It wasn't hurried nor forced, it's full of pains and sacrifices, sometimes selfless, sometimes selfish yet beautiful.
