so my theory is that Saengnuea is targeting the Dev family - the alphas in particular. He has a huge thing against Alphas, which is probably justified. My theory is that he first targeted Nakhin... but when he realized that he was in love with a Beta, he stopped targeting him because he wasn't your typical dominating alpha. so he moved on to Napitch and will accuse him of rape in the next episode. I don't know if that girl was working with him and tried to drug Napitch... but she seemed quite desperate to have him drink that blue cocktail.
IDK... I felt like I was watching a pair of parents, not a romantic couple. it's probably not that good a BL if you can't see (or even imagine) the main couple having sex. ?
I bet the dad knows exactly who the Devathitirat family is... why they left that out as a plot point, who freaking knows. If I was the dad that's something I would definitely ask. I also most definitely would not believe my dad loved me given the choice he made to basically leave his son.

I came here to say kind of what you said in the last half of your last paragraph. I watched episode five for like the fourth time and this time just for the editing, which was very problematic. some of the scenes don't go together sequentially, some seem like they should've been in place of the scene just prior, and some have repeat elements ("shot?!"). All of that seems like really sloppy editing...
