yeah same here. sort of like SFL-SML subplot of 'my roommate is gumiho'. kinda wanted her to be some mystical being as well.
SFLs are seldom given a proper characterisation or some agency in romcoms. throwing themselves at ML/jealous/clingy/cussing out FLs entails thier character.

...its probably due to rift b/w 2 families. pretty sure smth happened to ML's mom during dive and his pops blames FL's mom for that.

as far as leads' breakup is concerned....

no exploring siblings' characters and just at the bottom of bottle in every ep

till 5, HTCCC definitely a better drama simply coz that one knew how to utilize its diverse characters and not lean into typical 'country folks are loud and have no boundaries' bs.

6 was whatever. characters catching up with plot and also that past life hypnosis bs.

lead characters are nice. plot is same ol' same ol'. leans more into serial killer bit than romance but they've done well in establishing both parts of the story well so far. pace is slow since there isn't enough story for 16 hrs.

also FL/death's outfit looks fly

ngl ML's supposed 'sob' backstory was poorly executed. it did not do anything to me

fantasy part of the drama is written awfully bad and feels like they were making shit up as they shooting

SFL has some beautiful eyes

casually walked in and grabbed the super important book. also casually stabbed someone in the chest lol

seen an ep and its okay. nothing to write home about

ML definitely looks like he's walking down a runway rather than an all powerful evil entity
