I think the layer’s mistress is definitely not what she appears! How is it possible for a woman at her age and divorce to be okay to continue the affair and to top it all accepted the engagement ring that he gave her! Feel really bad for the profesor’s ex-wife but give him some credit for coming clean about his affair. But lost all credit by allowing his mistress contacting his ex-wife and asking for her friendship and by his lack of being a protective father since he can’t be a loyal husband. As for the doctor’s wife, think she is going to finally realize the hurt that her mother went through when her father cheated. It will be interesting to see if the writer is going to give the wives some justices and the cheating husbands regrets!

I was also going to stay away from watching weekly… but my desire was more strong to see the wives make it through the hurt caused by their cheating husbands that I watched up episodes 5 & 6 this today!

Totally agreed with you. I can’t stand that the cheating husbands and the mistresses are being glamorized in the second season too! It would be great if the writer gives the wives some justice by having each one of them find decent loyal men that are not selfish and truly love them.

Would appreciate spoilers of the ending such as did both leads know that they love each other, did the ML parents separate, does the ML get to see his mom, what happened to the ML -and FL friends?

You’ve clarified the confusion I had ... thank you. I know that XM falls in love with XQ. and that is the reason she went back to XQ in ep 32. However, I hope that XQ explains and asks for forgiveness being that XM suffered a lot during the time he abandoned her.

Thank you for the spoilers. Why did Zhong ZY stopped him from seeing XM? Wasn’t he that also the reason XM became XQ’s concubine, which XQ agree only to cover for him? I would had thought that Zhong ZY would also try to protect and help XM!

Would appreciate if you could tell me what happened and what was said from episodes 23-32. I particularly like to know the following:

1. Why did Xiao Qian abandon Xiaoman?
2. What happened after Xiao Qian and Xiaoman got married? They were so distant!
3. Why was Xiao Qian wth the Shen girl in ep 30... did he end up with the Shen girl too?
4. Why was Xiao Qian in danger of getting killed and Xing Zhou died saving him?
5. Why did the emperor cried after the conversation he had with Xiao Qian?
6. Why did Xiaoman end up with Xiao Qian in ep 32 after he abandoned her and was with the Shen girl?

I hope he finds a way to not marry the Shen girl for both of their sakes. From all the previews that I’ve seen so far, the Shen girl is not in them, which gives me hope. Let’s chat some more after we get to watch the next upcoming episodes this week.

Yep, very complicated being that the marriage with the Shen girl is an
Imperial decree and the ML did not tell the FL about it in episode 18! There is a trailer that shows the ML asking the FL to marry him and she said ‘yes’! Wonder what episode they get married and what episode he marries the Shen girl?

I’m so confused... yesterday I got a reply that the ML married Lingniang Shen in episode 20, which I haven’t seen yet! If you’re guessing is correct, how can the FL be waiting for his return when he’s married to the other girl?

Think she went back cause she was told that he did not intend to sell her and he made arrangements for her to go back to her family and gave her her land back. However, he did not apologize nor did she demand an apology, which doesn’t make any sense that she would go back even though they have a two year signed marriage agreement!

I think they will end up together! However, in my opinion... I like Xing Zhou to end up with Minggu.

I don’t get the title either... it just doesn’t make sense as of episode 18! I welcome any comments and/or spoilers regarding the title and where this drama is heading to.

I hate to admit that what keeps me interested is the anticipation of the ending of these misunderstandings! Do you know if the ML is going to marry Shen? Do you know how the ML’s older brother died?
