Everybody gets a happy ending , life better than how it was before including MalNyun. DoJin was the only exception, the miserable guy who has nobody left at his side, the one who ends up being worse than how he started out.
So far only drama I have seen where the main male lead is kind of a loser ,poor and has nothing but the goodness of his heart is "Yoona's street".
Socially awkward (ignoring why) needs something that is exceptional like in the "Good Doctor", sadly super botanist is not good enough so they need him to be rich.
HeeChul situation is obvious, he likes JiNa but needs to marry HyeMi to satisfy his ambitions.
JiNa seems to like both guys but generally no one wants to be seen with a guy like TaeWoon in public, only showing care when in private. HeeChul is the kind of guy who is cool, dependable, typical alpha male who becomes the logical choice.
All of this will change when more and more things get revealed to key people like TeaWoon being super rich, HeeChul turning out to be the betrayer, HyeMi's background and her father's involement, Chairman's disease, JiNa's lies etc.
I never wanted to kill someone the way I want to kill Jun Hee.
JoonHee's character has to be worse than that of pre heart transplant MinHo so that we all can forget about the lives ruined by MinHo in the past. The people making this show succeeded wonderfully in doing that.
I unfortunately seem to have the same attitude towards Jung Kyung Ho as I do towards Jang Geun Suk - I get they…
I somewhat felt luck changed the destinies of Min Ho and Joon Hee
Both have a past where they were not allowed to grow and constantly put down, both want to use any means necessary to get to a higher position/power/money for their own agenda, both fight as if the world is their enemy ready to ruin anyone as collateral damage. Then the twist starts,
Min Ho who would have eventually destroyed the company, his Uncle, Soon Jung who is the daughter of the traitor and died ends up getting a second chance where he can right his wrongs and become the hero while receiving care ,love and peace of mind.
Joon Hee ends up getting caught by the man who "took" his girl and gets forced into a corner , his dad spoils him further into a deeper situation, his girl friend zones him and eventually pushes him away to a worse relation. The only person he is loved by is guiding him in the wrong direction. Basically he does not have a choice unless to back to worse than the miserable life that was in his childhood leading him to go crazy.
dae young totally looks like a loner and a bit like a loser somehow.... totally dont like this development.. Also…
All they need to do is put a Soo Kyung cameo and let the new chars be the pair. It will pull in more people, please everyone and maintain continuity. But it most likely wont happen unless ratings drop to bad levels.
K-drama logic: Guy gets hit on his head..give him mouth to mouth! And btw I think Tae Woon is the director's son!
A poor, naive, socially awkward and caring guy will never get the girl, which means he has to to come from a reputed family (and also be rich) to make the naive, nice and caring aspects be seen in a positive way.
The whole drama is too simple and silly with physical humor.
I find Hye Mi to be quite petty. Circumstanially speaking even if she doesn't impress the director she's still…
Hye Mi wants to break free from the life laid out by her father. She had planned out to be successful in a career for which she had prepared to perfection in theory, which would also help her with her one sided love with Hee Chul.
But
Suddenly she finds herself challenged by Ji Na who can improvise on tough situations of the job even though she has no theoretical knowledge. Main driving factor is Hee Chul showing signs of liking her which makes her jealous and leads her to desperation.
It will get worse once Hee Chul rejects her and openly shows that he likes Ji Na and Ji Na's background comes out. The fake certificate isuue will most likely be some sort of blackmail tool.
WTH is happening. Everything about this lakorn is just SICK. I'am saying SICK. I can't believe I'am actually wasting…
Dropped it after ep 2.
The biggest problem with the plot is the father of the girl is dead ( who was actually supposed to suffer) and the only driving force is to make them both stubborn, hateful and other negative combinations so that the story doesn't end which just makes the drama go in circles.
Last episode would be like guy-"i always loved you" girl-"me too" and they ditch all the other support chars who were led on by them.
