I'm still waiting for their English OST! I can't seem to find them ANYWHERE! I wonder why they ain't releasing it! Especially the background song on the high five scene and the breakup scene (〒﹏〒)
I'm still struggling to find that one English song which plays in here! Since I can't find it aaaaanywhere I'm assuming it's one of the official OSTs, there are only two episodes left I really hope they'll release it! The song was very clearly heard when In Soo asks Sang Yi to become friends. He goes for a high five and pulls Sang Yi closer! Goes like,,, "If it all comes crashing down we'll be just fine, when the day and night collide we'll stand and fly..." This is stuck in my head since the first time I heard it! They should bloody release it by now and end my misery!(〒﹏〒)
Final thoughts. It was good not great. I love the overall concept, it's refreshing. Could say they've done a thorough research on the subject matter of the plot: start-ups, investments, AIs, developers etc. The plot devices were something new and it had its own aesthetic. Loved the made-up set of Sandbox. It really looked like an actual company. Coming to the story,,, started off pretty well, but towards the end I honestly stayed for HJP, Halmeoni and In-Jae. I do like their take on of following your dreams and achieving them, which was obviously proven in the end. But it also made me realize at the same time why it was easily so possible and achievable cz this was after all a kdrama not real life. I think, tho it came off as blunt, cold and arrogant, HJP's views on things were much more closer to reality than most other things I saw in the drama. I liked the fact that he spoke rationally with facts and figures. Also In-Jae's character was underappreciated, I think we should be talking about her more. I didn't like her at the beginning, she came off as a selfish, arrogant person. Towards the middle when we started to see her other side I seriously got more invested on her. Personally if I'm to take as an example out of Dalmi and In-Jae, I'd choose In-Jae. You could say she was somewhat like a female version of Ji-Pyeong. I liked that she rebelled for the harsh truth, spoke her mind, worked hard to achieve her goals and never backed down nor went asking for help tho she had the privilege. I think more than the message writers gave out the Main leads to portray, the message the second leads conveyed to the audience was much more realistic and honestly believable. I'm not saying the Main Leads beliefs were wrong but to me personally both HJP's and In-Jae's lives taught more than of Dalmi's and Do-San's. And I really love the pure relationship between HJP and Halmeoni. They weren't related by blood yet it was the strongest bond of the whole drama. I cried when they cried and it warmed my heart on how halmeoni always looked after HJP. I guess this was one of the rare ones where the drama is more popular because of the second leads. Main leads were good but their characters were poorly developed. Second leads were profound cz their characters were well made to the extent of outshining the leads. The whole drama had the material and the potential, and at the beginning it was on the right direction, but soon sloppy writing took over which made it a underwhelming, predictable typical cliché k-drama in the end. If it didn't have romance I'd have been more pleased. I'm honestly tired of overrated k-drama love triangles. I mean let the lead have the girl, instead make the second lead a happy person not a sob story. Or make him gay! Lol! Apart from halmeoni the only other solid relationship HJP had was with Yeong-sil ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ sorry not sorry! Lol! Anyhoo, I gave this a 7/10 cz after all I did enjoy it and wasn't bad enough to make me drop it.
I've been delaying watching the last 2 episodes soo much cz I spoiled myself through snippets and knew what was coming. Finally finished watching and maaaaan never knew just one character could bring me such overwhelming emotions that I couldn't control! Though I was prepared I just couldn't help but lose my shit in the end. Yeah you know who he is. LEE BLOODY RANG! His whole existance throughout the last 2 episodes simply just broke me! I had to come here to vent on my feels so,,,,,sorry about this rant! I rarely cry for dramas let alone for a fantasy drama but boiiiii I couldn't stop sobbing for this. Knowing Rang's character, how sad and sympathetic his story was and just to end up sacrificing himself for the one thing he cherished the most in his life, his beloved brother, could it be more sadder than that for a character's departure from the story???!!!! He was alone, he was lonely, all he wanted was his Hyung's love and to have a family. He only truly had so little time to spend with Yeon in his adult life, half of it also trying to get the attention of Yeon. And he only truly got to be a family for 6 bloody months and finally be able to have a reason to live on his life! It feels so unfair how he died. True, he did take lives and there were heavy sins he committed. But he was misguided and was just a lost soul himself. I cried buckets everytime his name came up after he died. Completely lost it when Yeon was watching his video. It was soooooo heartbreaking! Especially when he ended with "Hyung". Tho it was a happy ending for the general plot, after Rang's death rest of the story really didn't matter to me. I'm glad we kinda got to know he reincarnated into a human and is happy to finally have a family but I just wanted to see him happy with his brother and his friends! I liked the overall story, and I like the fact that they ended with more room for another season. Keep the suspicion going. But if they do give us another season, I'd want RANG back or at least give some justice to his character. Or just give his character a spin-off where he gets to be happy for a longer time! Kim Bum did so well! Loved him since BOF, and he's still the same, the dude ages like fine wine! Tbh, I was first interested because of Lee Dong Wook, and also it was fantasy, but when I saw Kim Bum was the second lead, I was really excited to watch! The plot didn't intrigue me alot for a fantasy drama as much as it did for Goblin. Goblin is still my unbeaten best fantasy drama ever! But from the recent fantasy k-dramas I've seen this must be the best so far. Like,,,this had a far better plot than Eternal Monarch tbh! Anyways, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions in the last 2 episodes than I did during all other episodes combined. I'm thankful for this drama and love to see the cast again maybe on another season! This was a big rant but I had to feel for my boi Rang! You're my favorite character yo! Lol!
Okay I'm trying to find this English song which played in the 2nd episode but I can't find it ANYWHERE! CAN somebody please HELP ME! It's stuck in my head and it's frustrating the hell outta me cz I can't find it,,, lol. Ok here's the scene. It's where Lee Yoo Jin asks Yoon Sang Yi to work as a full timer to scout Kang In Soo for their company project. It's start off like "If it all comes crashing down we'll be just fine when the day it....." and goes on to the scene with Yoo Sang Yi and his friend in the cafe! So does anyone know that song? Or is it not released yet?! Just put me outta this misery,,, lol!
Took some time coming here. But I had to keep a note about ITSAY finale on MDL. People should know what they're missing if they've not watched this yet. First off, a true cinematic masterpiece. One of the finest and personally the best BL from Thailand! From production, to script, to acting, to locations, food, culture, OSTs and every other element involved radiated absolute perfection! I laughed, I cried, I had fun, but also I learnt, not just about teenage love, but life in general, how we as humans should treat each other! It was an emotional rollercoaster, each hour spent for each episode was well worth it. BKPP nailed it! Period. Also the supporting cast too did such convincing jobs. I was amazed at how talented all of them were for such young ages. Loved all the songs from it. Such beautiful lyrics. If I am to praise this drama this thread won't be enough. I can go on for days writing. But gotta appreciate the young director and his team's effort for putting together this fine piece of art! I could feel the passion and the dedication he had when making this drama. Truly remarkable. Anyways, anyone who's interested, don't think twice just go ahead and watch, it has a documentary series as well so don't forget to watch that too. This is a must watch! March 11th is still far away, but as soon as I get my 2021 calendar it'll be marked without fail. Waiting for season 2 while wishing everyone involved the very best of luck for the next epic story.!
Can I just rant about this drama for a bit?!!! The most fluffiest, softest, sweetest, overall the most cutest drama I'm watching lately. I get butterflies a lot and just can't help smiling and blushing whenever I watch this. It's like a breath of fresh air every week. Working from home during quarantine is so stressful, but I forget everything for a moment when I get to watch this every week. Adachi is such a "gang-aji" if you know what I mean! I love his awkwardness, it makes him extra adorable. Love his hair, it's so floofy, I always feel like ruffling it! And Kurosawa is like the literal living definition of a gentleman! He's so sweet! I love how he used to take care of Adachi from a far. He never crossed his boundaries and always contained himself. I mean even the dude's thoughts are as pure as an infant's!!! Gahhhhh both of them are not good for anyone with diabetes! They're not your typical BL couple either. Not much physical interactions, almost little to none but even if they're bloody within a meter radius or their hands touch or some minor interaction is enough to make me go gaga! I literally fell off my chair when Adachi confessed back and they hugged! The actors are so good, the chemistry is so natural. BLs mostly get criticised for hiring straight actors or for lack of intimacy or the uncomfortableness. But these guys are doing it everyway right! If the chemistry is still soaring just with mere conversations, thoughts and eye contact, now that's when they've nailed their roles. People won't complain if the right thought is delivered properly. There's no wrong way in showing chemistry in a drama whether it's physical or not. It all comes down to how the cast is able to convince the audience. Adachi and Kurosawa is my favorite couple currently. I'm really excited to watch episode 8. I'm pretty sure I'll die a little when they hold hands tonight, lol!
Just rewatched with the corrected subtitles. Now I can truly appreciate how bad the script is.--Bad Acting Alert--…
Totally agree with you. I was expecting an upgraded and much more mature script for season 2 but I'm a little disappointed by where it's currently headed to. I too noticed how they've made Tharn look like as if he's on heat all the time. It's like their relationship is them fighting, Type cursing, Tharn apologising and them having make-up sex. Apparently they've been together for 7yrs but they seem to have the same set of problems they initially had. And also it seems they've made Type/Fiat the Tharn/Lhong for this season. The same toxic/obsessive crush trope. I keep telling myself to continue watching this, and also I don't want to criticise much but they need to give me something more to hang on to!
Ok finished watching the first episode. For some reason I'm not feeling it so far. Loved the first season so I was expecting a little bit more this time. Maybe it's too early to judge. Something doesn't sit right tho. They're acting seems a little monotonous and stiff like they're reading off a script, not just the leads but others too. I didn't get the giddy feeling I got when watching TharnType like last season. And don't come at me for this, but felt as if Tharn is on heat all the time,,,,lol! Every other scene was him coming on to Type,,,bahaha. I've been watching some seriously great BLs recently especially from PH, and my current Thai fav ITSAY,,,so I can't help compare this to them. But I'll continue watching and be a better critique, cz I love TharnType and completely adored the first season. So yeah, let's see how this will go.
Okay, episode 3 was most probably one of the best episodes I've seen in all of drama histories! Not just BL. And ITSAY is the BEST Thai BL I've seen up to date. No offense to other BLs, but Nadao's one hits differently. All of a sudden other Thai BLs I've seen so far seems somewhat missing something compared to this. The chemistry, the story, the cinematography, the OST, the bgm everything screams perfection. I got major Call Me by Your Name vibes from episode 3. Especially in the subtle intimate scenes between Teh-Oh. Wonder if they took inspiration from it. If so, then they did it well!!!! Even the bgm in some scenes. Also the tension and the chemistry of Teh-Oh was off the roof. Especially the last couple of minutes. I held my breath throughout cz I was awestruck. Made me speechless. This proves that you don't need to go overboard to show sexual chemistry between a couple. Even the smallest gesture could make an impact if the acting is done right. Their eyes, knees, hands everything was oozing chemistry! This deserves a decent ending and all the awards it could get! Period. I'd definitely comeback for another feedback!!!
Okayyyy, finished watching. Last time when I was here I wrote an alternate ending for 2gether, to let out the frustration of many, teehee. But today imma bit glad we needn't worry about the ending. It's obvious the special episodes were a recovery measure for their previous show's blunder. I know some would say all the constructive criticism were a bunch of haters or just negative attitude, but I'd agree to disagree. Tho the production never admitted openly they heard us and they took it to consideration. They knew the disappointment was real. If the audience wasn't vocal about it and weren't loud enough, we wouldn't have gotten these specials. So I'm glad for the criticism and feedback. We need to address where it's needed. P'Aof delivered most of the lacking chemistry of the leads from previous season. It shows that it wasn't solely the actors' fault. They had all the potential but it wasn't utilized properly. They could've saved 2gether if they thought through. Anyways, tho it maybe a rebound, I'm happy we got Still 2gether. I wasn't expecting a big plot, it was meant to be very simple. They really tried to justify Wat's character from last time, might seem a little too late but props for trying. Tine was still Tine, he's still a baby, cute and pouty. He'd need to grow up a tad bit. I'm also glad everyone got their Happy endings. This time it gave closure. No cliffhangers. This is what was needed from the start. I think SarawaTine's journey will end here. Tbh, I'd want them to leave this show as it is without anymore seasons. They gave us something special, and made it memorable. Our quarantine will be remembered as a happy one and SarawaTine will be our quarantine couple. Sure, BrightWin will bring us more content, but I'd like to see them venturing into new genres and explore on their versatility and give us something different. I hope fans will respect their decisions and keep boundaries. It's sad to see these celebs struggling cz of their own fans. They're human too and we need to let them get on with their private lives. We need to understand facts from fiction. So I'd hope we'll continue to cheer them on with both their on and off screen lives with rationality and maturity. Still 2gether was a fun ride and it's time to say goodbye. We'd have a new show next week and we'd too move on. I'm glad they made these specials. It was needed for closure. I only have happy thoughts this time and kudos to the cast and crew for working hard even with limitations, to deliver something satisfying.
After stalling for months I finally watched this movie. Gotta say it was bittersweet but left me with a pleasant feeling. First half was really good. No questions about the chemistry between Ohm and Nont. They portrayed Dew and Pob beautifully. Second half was also quite beautiful in my opinion. I know the concern for the age gap and the pedophilia shown. But in my opinion I felt what Pob had with Lew was rather platonic. He only felt affection towards her cuz he knew she was Dew. She knew she was Dew. So no matter the denial, they were meant to be as this story is basically about star crossed lovers. In the past they couldn't be together because their relationship was considered a taboo as they were gay and in the present they couldn't be together cz it's still considered a taboo cz of the pedophilic nature. The story of Dew and Pob goes beyond age and gender. It's about two humans falling in love above all social norms and ethics. So it's understandable and arguable that this story may not sit well with some. If Dew and Pob lived in the present they would've had a different ending. More happier one. They might have had the happy ending in the past also if Dew was lucky. The timing wasn't simply right for him. In the present Lew's timing also was a barrier for her as she still couldn't be with Pob as she wanted to. There wasn't anything sexual between Lew and Pob, Pob was still gay. He was married just to be accepted by his family and society. His wife knew his struggles and was supportive till the end. People who are confused, what Pob had with Lew was platonic. Just cz he liked her didn't mean he became straight. He liked her because she was simply Dew in a female body. He was attracted to her personality. He never moved on from his past. He was guilty and carried a great sadness in him. Part of him never grew up from the teenage boy he once was. The scene which indicated it the most for me was when he cried hugging the teacher when he was leaving the school. He was afraid and helpless when he was young . He didn't get the support he needed. Even as an adult he still wasn't able to be true to himself. Then came Lew, and it kinda gave him a chance to relive what he should've had. But still it couldn't be accepted cz of the nature of their relationship. It's sad. The decision they both made in the end might have been wrong. But guess they did it for all the right reasons. Through out the movie the concept of rebirth and reincarnation is discussed. In the water at the last scene what we see isn't Lew and Pob but Dew and Pob. You can see they are back to being boys hinting us that they've found their own parallel timeline to live as themselves. Because they weren't drowning but rather swimming to the surface. I was actually satisfied with the movie and it gave a lot of feels. The cast was Amazing. All of them did exceptionally well. I'd recommend this movie to anyone who's second guessing to watch. The soundtrack was amazing as well. I loved the songs it had. On a side note, Weir took my heart, I'll surely be checking out more of his work.
I finished this drama awhile ago. Just wanna appreciate everything about it. Love, love, absolutely love it. From the story to acting to music to everything else it flowed flawlessly! I cried, laughed and felt every other emotion each character felt and portrayed through the drama. Such a feel good, slice of life show. It gives a great message to the society and teaches a lot of valuable lessons. Leaves you with a lot to think and reevaluate about your life. I like how they approached a lot of every day problems in a realistic way, You connect with every character easily. Anyone doubting to watch this, please don't be. It might not be your typical k-drama and not much romance as well, it's just a slice of life, medical drama, but it will certainly leave a good impression on you and wanting more. I'll patiently wait till next year for the second season. Though it'll be hard. There's a lot to be answered. But writers and TVN and all cast and crew, thank you for your hard work and giving us this gem of a show.
OMG! Thanks for sharing that info. That trailer was A MILLION TIMES improvement (except for Tine's haircut IMO.haha)…
Hi again, lol so yea abt YYY, um not quite sure whether it's your cup of tea, cz it ain't like the typical BL shows we normally see. The whole plot is so much insanity you sometimes can't handle it. The CGI, the humor is very obvious and i think they've done it on purpose to show us how literally unreal the whole drama is. Plus it's so loud. The main couple PunNott are so cute, and if you've seen Junior in Why R U, he plays as a trans here. I like it cz I'm chaotic myself and I don't mind watching something easy and not so serious every now and then. You can definitely expect a chaotic ending in this one tho. But at least it'll be better than a hi5 I'd bet lol.
Oh my god, just rewatched that initial trailer. (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nUevxwr9gFM)I had watched it a…
Hey, I literally went back again to watch it after I saw your comment. I always thought it was an unpopular opinion but I was always a fan of their initial trailer. It showed more depth in the story. I kept going back to same even after they released the updated version, cz I really wanted the production to go along that story line. I put the trailer on 0.25x just to see the scenes which should've definitely made it up to the actual series.
1. The shirtless brushing scene made them look like they're really living together 2. Movie date. Both are all smiles while holding hands. 3. Wat helping a limping Tine. It seemed like a scene from their fake dating phase. 4. Concert scene. Wat with his arm around Tine's neck, almost looked like a half back hug. And both of them looking super happy. I could see Wat's full set of teeth for once in that scene cz we rarely saw his full smile on the actual series. 5. Wat wiping off what seems to be food from the corner of Tine's mouth. They are super close and loving. 6. Pocky scene. It's shown from a clearer camera angle. 7. Wat teaching Tine to hold cords while sitting super close while staring at eachother. They never sat super close like that in the actual series. 8. Wat hugging Tine while sleeping in bed together. We never got a bed hug in the actual series tho we were given a sofa hug, well gotta admit it was sweet.
The kiss till you drop comment was actually made while they were in the washroom alone. It actually looked more cute and funny. Pear and Earn looked more prominent in the plot, both are used as jealousy tropes for our MC's but seemed like it brought out more expressive emotions out of them. And yea as you mentioned it seemed like they were making Pam an actual girlfriend not just a one sided love for Wat. Tho it might be different from the novel, at least it wouldn't have looked as petty as it did in the series. I loved the whole confrontation scene which played in the washroom, both angry at eachother and struggling with their real feelings. Wat was so expressive. Tine was just as equal. Liked the fight scene. I need to applause Win's portrayal there. Tine looked genuinely pissed off. It was evident that Wat and Tine were at that blowing off point cz they've come so far on their fake dating that they couldn't stand seeing eachother with other people. I would've preferred if they've kept it in the actual plot. Staring at eachother while both of them were with different people showed how truly they cared. It hits different and would've made a perfect opening to end their fake dating without using Mil as the scapegoat all the time as they did on the series. The last scene in the temple was also cute. And the biggest difference was Bright's acting. People were saying he lacked a lot in the series. Yeah maybe. But in the initial trailer Wat is so much expressive and outspoken. He showed a lot of emotions. He didn't just glare and looked pissed all the time. I'm stunned how different his character was from that trailer to the actual series. Director did a huge oopsie there. That one trailer portrayed a lot of things that could've been on the actual series. I liked how the side characters were shown too. Mil and Phukong looked less lousy and Man seemed like he was opening up about Type to Wat. It showed more into their friendship.
I still don't know why it got the backlash it did as everyone says. I really liked that trailer. And it shows that actors aren't solely to blame here. If they were able to make a good trailer like that I don't understand how they missed out on the actual series. Bright and Win clearly seemed like they were comfortable and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have accepted if they were against the concept morally. I know they wanted to keep it light hearted and cute, but the story had so much potential. It could've ended in a perfect note and a perfect score, if the director and the writer gave more thought into it. I don't think I'll ever forget that hi5, too iconic to forget lol. I'd like to know how they all came to an agreement to add that to end the series, like honestly! Literally made it the GoT finale of the BL world. They could've fixed it easily and saved the show, guess it was bad decisions taken out of poor judgements. I'm still sad, yet I am grateful for giving us the series. I'm pretty sure it made all our quarantine more lively. Oh well, guess it's time to move on. I'm currently watching a series called YYY, it has so much chaotic energy that should be in a BL. Hilarious and cute.
Hmmm..I see a lot of people heartbroken over the ending. Let me help you out a bit. This is just my imagination of the ending thus, no offense nor discrimination is intended towards the series ending. I wrote this down awhile ago to get complete closure.
Tine's POV...
"The only person I want to write a song for is Tine, though he doesn't want to hear it anymore...." damn it, his voice is still ringing in my ears. I quickly closed my laptop. What should I do?! Aren't I suppose to go see him now? He really did ask me to come. I wonder if his band started playing. Hope I'm not too late.
I quickly got dressed and ran down the stairs taking 3 steps at a time. I really should thank my dad's genes for giving me long legs. I hailed a taxi and told the driver to step on it as if I'm in labor. To hell with speed tickets, my love life depended on this.
I got down from the gate and followed the undeniable noise coming from the crowd at the concert premises. "Please don't be late, please don't be late, please don't be late" I kept reciting in my head while I rushed passed the crowd. Holy, this place is packed! Hope I don't suffocate before I see Wat, at least let him be the last thing I see before I pass out!
They were already on stage and it seemed like their session was over. I could feel my heart dropping a bit. Shit, I'm late. I caught Wat's presence. His eyes seemed like he was searching for something. Skimming through the crowd searching and searching. He's looking for me? Right? He still hasn't seen me yet. But I could clearly see him. I tried to go to the front as much as possible. He had already put down his electric guitar and grabbed my guitar. Well technically it's his but hopefully he gives it back if things go according to plan!
The crowd was going crazy, the girls were screaming Wat's name from the top of their lungs while holding up his name boards in all shapes and sizes!
My heart started throbbing suddenly as I heard his voice through the microphone.
"Tine, I don't know if you're listening right now and I really hope you are! This song has been stuck in my head since the day I met you. I knew the words would fit you perfectly because only you can stir me up like this. "
"Wooooohhhhhhhh" the girls were continuing to be whipped.
I was trying my best to listen past the screams. "Sometimes it sounds nice, and sometimes it makes me feel weird. But I know it'll always make me happy." He took in a long breath and paused for a bit. The air around me has started thinning and my chest felt so tight. And I knew it wasn't because of the crowd but only because of the man on stage who was talking to an imaginary me. I badly wanted him to see me, notice that I was there, for HIM. His eyes were sad. I knew he was hurting inside because I was hurting too.
"Tine...you know why I never confessed to Pam? Because I only knew what love is when I met YOU"
The whole ground erupted. My head was light and my eyes never left him.
"The song is called...Tine" with that he continued to sing the song that topped every one of my favourite Scrubb songs. And I knew no other song will top it ever again in this lifetime.
A tear streamed down his face as he finished the song and I tasted blood in my mouth as I was biting down my lip so hard, trying to control my emotions. I started towards the stage trying to go as near as possible when suddenly his eyes met mine.
It was like the whole world stopped for a second. I could no more hear the crowd. Nor could see anyone except Wat. I gathered up the little air left in my lungs and looked up at him. He crouched down to level my eyes.
"Tine...." it was almost like a whisper, so feather light. "You came, you really came" he breathed out. In my head I was telling myself to not lose it in front of the whole damn university. "Please tell me you'll give me another chance?! Tell me you'll trust me again?! Please..." he was almost pleading now and I could tell he was panicking a bit. His eyes never left mine.
All I wanted to do at that moment was to pull him off the stage and kiss him till he dropped, but being the chic guy I am I wanted to troll him a bit. "I haven't thought about it yet. I wanted to know who wins, that's why I came" the evil inside me told that Wat shouldn't be let off easily for all the lonely nights I spent crying over him. Salerleo!!! He was turning pale and I knew I've unlocked my achievement of pissing him off for real. Damn it, I should've kept my mouth shut.
Wat had to come down the stage anyways as P'Air and P'Dim had to come on up to announce the winners.
He grabbed me by the hand started moving pass the crowed. "Hey Wat, let go you idiot, stop!!!" I was trying to pull back. "Don't you wanna know who won??!!" I yelled. "I don't give a DAMN" he shouted as he continued to pull me through. I finally managed to let go of his hold and stood still. "At least let's hear out the winners, then we talk ok?" I tried to reason with him. The frustration in his face never left as I dragged him back to his band mates.
Despite the obvious anger he had against me at that moment I knew he was anxious while waiting to hear the winners. Though he acted as if he didn't care I knew how much heart and soul he put in to his music.
"And now it's time to announce the winners of 2020 Music Contest!!!" P'Airs voice beamed through the mic. "Without further ado,,,,,the winners are none other than,,,,Ctrl S!!!"
The whole crowd went wild. I couldn't help my smile as I watched Wat hugging and high-fiving his band mates. And then it was my turn. I didn't know what I was supposed to do. He was looking at me with his intense eyes. It looked like he wanted to make a dumpling outta me and swallow me whole. I could feel my face burning up and ears turning red. The crowd behind us had broken in to a unison of "Oooooos" and "Ahhhhhhhs" as we continued our staring contest.
"Congratulations to our winners y'all did great! But hold on, the biggest surprise of the evening is yet to happen. We have invited a guest band to entertain y'all today and this is a band that everyone of us know. Please welcome on stage, the one and onlyyyy.....SCRUBBBB!!!!" P'Dim's voice echoed in every corner.
The last word grabbed my attention and I broke off our gaze and quickly turned towards the stage. From the corner of my eye I saw Sarawat's usual smirk filling up his face as he knew my fake anger wouldn't last long enough to defeat him. The screams got louder as Scrubb took the stage. A few minutes in to the second song I felt a wave of hot breath on my left ear. It was Wat whispering to me. "Hey, can you come with me for a bit? I have something of yours" he interwined his fingers with mine and dragged me to the far end of the crowd.
It was a tad bit less noisy so we could hear our voices properly. "I believe this is yours?" he said as he took out my bracelet and put it on me. "Never ever take it off, ok?! Or else I'll grab your boobs" he smirked. "What makes you think I'll let you grab my boobs?!" I shot back. "Isn't it why you're here today? To tell me you'll let me grab your boobs again?" his voice turned soft. I felt attacked. "I came cz I made a promise to you. To be together for 10yrs or more"
I could see his face change. He put his hands on my shoulders and slowly trailed them down to my hands and took them both together and put them on his heart.
"Can you feel it? It's beating fast, isn't it little buffalo?! And you should know it'll only do so for you" ooohh shit, I knew where this was heading and I knew I was already busted. He took a long breath and carefully continued, "Tine, I want you to know that Only you are going to be the reason for my songs, Only you will be the one to be on my insta, Only you can be my phone's wallpaper, Only you can sleep next to me, Only you can make me listen to Scrubb repeatedly, Only you will be the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Because, I Only have you Tine, I belong to you, YOU Only!"
That did it. It was like a dam broke inside my eyes, I was sobbing like a child while I could feel the snot coming down my nose. "Well you're a mess" he gave out a little laugh as he tried to wipe away my tears and snot. What's wrong with this man?! Always making me cry for him. "You know, I was a mess too while you were away. I couldn't bear to go inside our room knowing you weren't there with me" Wat told while he cleaned my face and started fixing my hair.
I didn't want to back down easily. "You think I had it easy?! I couldn't eat or drink for days. And can you imagine me going without eating? Food is something I adore and you robbed it off me" I was actually being serious. Eating has always been one of the things I'm good at and Wat completely turned over my digestive system during the past couple of weeks.
His stupid smirk came back on his face as he put his mouth near my right ear. "Well then, I'll let you eat me up as much as you want as a settlement. No conditions applied. What do you say?!" Fuuuukkkk, you Salerleo, what did I expect from this man actually?! I tried to pinch his face when he suddenly grabbed my hands and pulled me in to his arms. "Let go Wat, before I punch you for real. There are people around us" I was trying my best to free myself from his grip. Which only resulted in him tightening his arms around me more.
Scrubb was seemingly at their last set of songs. I couldn't believe I ditched a perfect Scrubb's show for this stupid perv.
I had nowhere to look, I could feel his gaze on my face. My attempts of not meeting his eyes were failing miserably. And I knew he was enjoying my misery. "Tine, look at me, I'm serious" Finally I gave in and looked at him. "I love you. So much. More than you could imagine" his tender yet serious voice was giving me chills. I was speechless for a moment. "Say something" So I looked at him, properly, took in evey detail of his face. And said, "I love you too Sarawat. More than you could imagine" I had to smile at the stupid grin that spread across his face. He hugged me so damn hard I thought my ribs would break.
"Ooooooo look here, somebody grab a camera we're witnessing history yet again" Man's voice was coming our way as I saw my brother, my friends, Boss and a bunch of others following him. Wait, what's Type doing with Man? Did I miss something?! I should remember to ask him about this.
I quickly pushed Wat back and buried my hands in my pockets. Wat still had his stupid grin on as he fell in to step behind me. People were looking our way and girls were giggling while they went past us making me realize that we must've hugged for a long time. Shia Wat, you're literally ruining my chic image. But I actually didn't mind it.
All of us cheered again for the win of Ctrl S and made plans to meet up at our usual bar for a proper celebration.
Wat accompanied Fong and I to Fong's room to grab my stuff. I let Sarawat carry most of it as a punishment for the tears I shed for him though he insisted that he didn't mind getting a different kind of punishment once we're back in our room. Damn it you Salerleo, this time you literally asked for it.
So I finished watching this today after avoiding it for some time since I heard many saying it gets sad in the latter episodes. I found it really adorable and I do understand why it may be sad. For those who are confused by the ending if you take it on the main couple’s aspect it is a happy ending. They could’ve done justice to the sister and the friend but the writers might have wanted a heavy side to the story. I do prefer if the ending scene was about the main couple though, it was unnecessary to bring a doppelgänger just so the boss lady may have a happy ending. I think that’s what made most confused. Overall I do recommend this drama if you want some cute, cheesy romance. The main couple’s chemistry is off the charts. They are too adorable. I hope I’ll get to see them in another project with a clear much more happier ending. So I will give this a 8/10 as most episodes were cute and had a nearly satisfying ending. p.s if you’re hesitant to watch because of the ending, it’s really ok and not as bad as you think it’ll be ;)
I think Kongpob and Arthit had more intimacy in this one-shot episode than both the Sotus series combined :) it was happy, sad and cute all at the same time, and we kinda saw the more vulnerable side of Arthit and how caring he is towards Kongpob like him not being shy of PDA ;) I think this was the best out of the 5 and I loved PetexKao next. Their episode felt more like a TayxNew episode to me ;D Being their goofball selves!! I’m glad they decided to give these one-shots,,they were quite entertaining to watch!!!
everytime i check this page i see the rating drop a little bit more. That's really sad considering main actors…
Hmm I'll try not to spoil it too much ;P it started off ok but currently as we are on to the 7th ep it's totally going downhill. Basically all the main couples are cheating on, tempted to cheat or cheated on. Rather than calling this together with me they should change this to cheat with me XD If you wanna know more just scroll down the comments section you'll find a more detailed answer :)
Lol!
Anyhoo, I gave this a 7/10 cz after all I did enjoy it and wasn't bad enough to make me drop it.
episodes soo much cz I spoiled myself through snippets and knew what was coming.
Lol!
I put the trailer on 0.25x just to see the scenes which should've definitely made it up to the actual series.
1. The shirtless brushing scene made them look like they're really living together
"Say something"
So I looked at him, properly, took in evey detail of his face.
Fin.
