jisung's role in the devil judge is actually his best role. it's also his best drama. you dont have to focus on the trials/dystopian concept. it's more about taking down his enemies while also gaining a form of family/bond with the 2nd ML. they were super hot together lmao you should really try it out. such great plot twists and impactful scenes in this show. may i know which ep you dropped it in?

i think suzy has no become a solidified actress with this work. i never thought she was bad but she was most definitely lacking but her performance in anna is on the level of the other good actresses. she depicting this role with great precision and subtlety i am actually shocked. i dont think anyone can speak on her acting now, she's so freaking good 🤷♀️

both chimera and beyond evil is quite slow at first but the relationship between the male leads in both dramas is very similar to the devil judge. they go from mistrusting the other to trusting/loving the other. you can try the first 3 to 4 episodes of both dramas and see how you feel about them 😊

no problem! yeah same, i dont enjoy court scenes but the devil judge is set in an alternate dystopian universe so their court scenes are very different than typical kdrama court scenes. it works really diff here so i think you'll enjoy it. the drama is mostly about revenge, not about the law tbh lol you'll definitely enjoy it since you already like jisung, and you like anti heroes!

i'd say there's a good amount of screentime dedicated to the courtroom scenes. in ep 1 to 6, we have a court scene in almost every episode.. then we have another 2 to 3 trials in the last half as well. each court scene is about 15 to 20 mins but it's not like the typical kdrama courtroom scenes. the court trials are VERY unique and well-directed so it's really interesting. you're gonna look forward to each case and what verdict the male lead will give for every case so i recommend this drama!

bc she stole isaac's necklace even after he warned her not to. for isaac's sake, he wanted to somehow make her pay for her actions so he had to find a smart and fast way to get it done so he manipulated her into jumping off since he knew she'd do it as she "likes" him so she'll listen to whatever he'll ask her to do. he wanted to hurt her somehow without getting his hands dirty lol
