well actually, it was kind of implied in ep 5 when yohan says "dont leave the bench. it's fun working with you". that was basically his way of saying "dont leave the bench or this house" but i guess, saying it explicitly would've been too awkward for them both, considering they're both not upfront about how they feel about the other. or, the writer may have thought that line would've given away too much of the gay undertones 😅

i dont want to spoil but you'll see later on, yohan tells gaon to come back to his house bc elijah feels anxious without him. and thats another way of confirming that gaon was living with them bc he was family to them. gaon also wanted to be their family.. and not just a co-worker. he built a bond with yohan and his neice, so that naturally became his new home.

male lead and female lead dont have romance. second male lead and second female lead have "romance" in just one episode but it ends very quickly. i dont really see it as romance because to me, the two male leads had more sexual tension and romance. the drama focuses on their relationship.. and how they both came to understand and trust each other. in my eyes, it's a love story between two men.

no. it has some funny and heartwarming parts but the drama doesnt really have much comedy. but it's still a perfect drama!

the female lead is obsessed with the male lead in a creepy way but male lead hates her guts lol but the other female lead has a one sided crush on the second male lead and they actually get together for few mins but their relationship ends very quickly. the focus of this drama is on the two male leads. the drama begins with them and ends with them and their relationship only. it's their story and development. whatever "romance" happened between the female lead and the second male lead is honestly easy to ignore because it was hella forced and stupid af.

this is not a BL because korean public channel dramas are not allowed to air BLs sadly but this is the closest to what we can get to a BL on korean public tv. you can just see the het romance as something the writer used to hide the gay undertones here if thats what you want to do but it's your choice ofc :)

did i say BLs dont exist?? if you actually read my comments, you'd know that i only said gay dramas dont air on public channels. name me a drama that aired on a broadcasting station (like tvn, sbs, mbc, kbs, jtbc) where the two leads are of the same sex and have a clear romance going on betwwn them?? there's none. i've bought the oriignal script myself so i've seen what the writer was trying to create between the male leads in devil judge but if you dont wanna see them as a gay couple then that's up to you lmao stop forcing me to think otherwise wtf? i just interpret gaon looking like yohan's brother differently

damnnn the amount of hate this drama is getting. am i da only one who enjoyed this to the max??? it was so good??????? i freakin love the gothic vibes, the thriller mysteries, the twins and their relationship which got me crying for hours!!! the side plots/stories of our side characters were also on point.

i admit ending was a bit hollow but it was quite realistic so i am not that furious the way yall are. it was so gooodddd wth i enjoyed it so much

i dont get why this drama gets so much hate wtf??? this show is so freaking good like idc what criticism this gets, it's a well-made slow burn mystery thriller with such well-written characters and plot twists. dont question jisung's choices, this drama suits him and it makes perfect sense why he chose such an intriguing drama and script. i am hella grateful he chose this work

you already passed the scene where yohan says why he lets gaon stay 👀 he actually finds it fun to work with gaon! when gaon said he's gonna leave the bench in ep 5, yohan tells him to stay bc it's fun working with him. if gaon is allowed to work with him, this also means gaon is also allowed to continue living with him. the writer didnt directly imply that "yohan likes for gaon to move in with him" bc it'll be too gay lmao but the show is very very gay except that the drama cant be upfront about it bc the country is homophobic 💀

yohan doesnt hold gaon accountable for mistrusting him. he actually finds it amusing that gaon spied on him. he likes gaon so he let him go for the things gaon did.

it is impossible for kdramas that air on mainstream channels to be a BL but the devil judge is a hidden BL, we all know that 😉 even the writer/director liked yohan/gaon fmvs where they're portrayed as lovers. tvn kept referring to the male leads as lovers too. there is alot of proof and implications that they did like each other romantically 👀

i'm enjoying this too!!!! idgi everyones complaining when this show is solidddd to the core. i guess people like dramatic thrillers that have alot going on but this drama is more lowkey and theres no romance so viewers aint gonna enjoy it 🙄

i expected rating to be higher wtf!!! this drama is so good??????? i get its slow paced but it's still hella interesting. i freakin love the twins plot and i am highly intrigued by the secrets which each character holds within them. this is a unique drama, i dont understand why so many people are complaining
