Every 1-3 hours I still feel like my heart ripped out of my chest. I thought I'd feel better by today but I'm honestly still so upset I'm tearing up throughout the day. I do have an obsessive personality but this has only happened maybe 1 or 2 other times in my life. Even if endings don't take up a lot of time in the story they do have big impact as it's our last impression of the work. So even though I've decided not to change my rating, I think it's perfectly reasonable for others who feel upset like me to consider the ending in their overall rating & DB score has already gone down.

I start rating once I've seen 8-10 eps. I was gonna drop my score for the ending but honestly I love it so much I probably won't after all (plus still hoping for a special)

Hopefully more watch & rate it. Some people may also be behind or non VIP so they haven't finished it & may be waiting to rate it. I feel like 1 week ago it was like 800+ ratings so it actually increased quite fast near / after it ended.

As I've said in another thread...I do think there is a type of bad ending that voids the entire message of the show & completely ruins it. I do not think this is that type...so I'll still choose to love the show because the vast majority was amazing though if we don't get an epilogue I'll lower the rating a little.

It's still really dumb to end the Honey trilogy in such an unsatisfying way. I don't want to be a clown again but I really do hope they announce a special even if it's just 2-3 min.

CLJ already traumatized me bc 1) very rushed ending 2) promise of special eps but they were just cut together outtakes lmao. This time I thought OK I'm probably worrying too much just because CLJ scared me...it should be fine. BUT NO this was even worse. If we don't get a special ep for TSL I may never watch a xianxia while airing every again lol.

I am spitting cursing angry right now but I will say this is not the type of bad ending that destroys the message of the entire drama. There are some like that for me (Mr. Queen, 2521) & I never watched those finales & am still angry about how they were ruined at the end. It IS a stupid way to end it & I'm so upset, but I think the messages within the episode are still in keeping with the rest. Thus I'll wait about 10 days to see if there's a special. If there is not, I'm going to drop the score by only by 0.5 to 1.0 because the rest was so beautiful.

This is worse. This is if they ended LBFAD on Orchid nursing the Bone Orchid & it never transformed back into him.

1 of the reasons we fell for this show so hard is that the writing treated us as intelligent viewers...there were lots of nicely built up plot points, callbacks, etc. But to then force this "ending" down our throats that's a scene they released 1-2 days ago already...this is the complete opposite of what we loved about this work.

It's the same as a clip they released like 1.5 days ago so we thought that wouldn't be the real end but it was. It's strongly hinting at a future happy ending, but it's not at all satisfying bc we want them to SHOW US THE HE. I'll be waiting to see if they announce a special ep or anything
