I dont know what happened after episode 9 coz I dropped it but I thinkif this series gives out a good vibes for…
I agree with the fact that they introduced way too many plot threads only to drop them. But a mother being forward-thinking and supportive of gays, but turning on her own son? Very real. But, again, I agree this show had problems. Still, I love Tee and Mork. It ended well. I'm extra excited for Our Skyy.
Well they are following the novel. There are multiple novels, all four couples have their own novel. The first…
I believe you. But that is why you have adaptation between different mediums. Tum/Tar seem to be in a different show altogether. I'd save them for a season 2 and would streamline the story.
Ae/Pete are going to end this season without a contrived big drama. No scheming girlfriends. No evil parents trying to tear them apart. No misunderstandings that they can't solve because they can talk over. Their relationship progressed slowly, but steadily instead only in the very end of the season. And yet it was engaging and entertaining all the way through because they had issues, problems, fears and disagreements, but talked them over and solved them. Both are human and flawed and had character development. Even compared to western series, this is better written. I think the only flaw the show has is that They should really not have half of the other BL couples and should have developed TinCan throughout, not just the end. But Tincan itself is a very interesting relationship because Tin is such a good character.
Downloaded the episoded and skimmed through it. Unless you want to see mismatched people who hate each other be awful to each other, nothing to see here. Wow. You get Max and Tul, great actors with great chemistry and you settle them with this. And yes, many will be "don't be too fast too judge". The last 20 min of episode 13 pulling a happy ending out of nowhere for the third time time a row won't make up for this mess. They had it right at first. Korn and Knock don't belong together. This is a bad romance.
I'm sorry but it looks like LBH will end afer only one season :(- for now the investors aren't interested in pursuing…
I would love a second season, especially if Ae and Pete were secondary characters living a happy, loving, drama-free life while one other couple took centre stage. I would support that anyway I could. If it didn't happen, however, I wouldn't necessarily be upset because this has been, by far, the best BL I have ever watched and one of the best series. And most romance shows struggle in season 2. What I understand from the books [book spoiler] it would be about Pete's father trying to break him and Ae up and I'm so done with that narrative, that I wouldn't mind it being a perfect, contained single season.
No hate towards the couple but am i the only one who doesn't exactly care about TinCan? i mean i really love enemies…
I like them, but, yes, they are barely there. If we weren't told they'd be in a relationship, it would have taken me many episodes to figure out that was a possibility. But I really love Tin as a character, so I really want him to find love.
Tin's own actions have never been homophobic, no matter what Pete might have said. He showed no judgment for Pete being gay and helped out with Trump. His only oppositions were the kind of men Pete was dating. Not that Pete was dating men. And when Can said he hated Tin because Tin was gay and that was disgusting, he actually educated him.
I wouldn't call them ratings, for me they are warnings ... :/
I think people expected chemistry between the leads, better writing and a plot that isn't exactly the same of Bad Romance. Max and Tul are wasted here and they are so good. Three episodes in and I am so bored. I don't see a single reason to root for any of these couples.
