Nothing changes. Scenes are longer and there are a few new scenes that don't impact the plot. You see more of the episode, but it's basically the same episode, only longer.

The novels span seven years.

What happens to AePete in the novels is awful. It goes into every BL cliché and they spend years apart. I'm kind of glad we won't go there.

The Final Cut will only be released subbed in a few days. The regular cut of episode 14 will be out today.

If the writers want to portray a more adult relationship, why do the characters act like children and can't seem to talk anything over, and just sulk and pout?

Fans of other BLs that are having horrible seasons are also downvoting Love By Chance in spite.

There won't be a season 2. Saint has a different manager than most of the cast and they couldn't reach a deal.

It's the whole "I'm OK with gay people, just as long as they don't do what actually makes them gay and just be fierce entertainment and best friends for straights".

Hopefully we'll see this cast again. 'Cause You're My Boy got very mixed reactions, but it had a great cast and both leads are in a new series already, The Blacklist. I doubt Saint and Perth would work together again given what transpired, but I hope I see them individually in new series. I think Mean is a superstar and I want to see him be the lead in a BL. He and Saint could be a power couple.

The actors' managers were fighting behind the scenes to close a new deal and fans started to get involved, blew it out of proportion online and eventually the scandal tarnished the series and they decided not to move forward.

Netizens and fans created a huge scandal online, blowing behind the scenes conflicts out of proportion and tarnishing what was actually a very successful series. It got a bad reputation and I'm not surprised they didn't move forward with season two.

That review was extremely homophobic and sadly that is still a reality we have to face. The supposedly pearl-clutching scenes were nothing next to the straight scenes we get in films and TV shows everywhere.

I have no idea why. They had a happy ending.

This is ridiculous. A director does not have the power to make that decision. He doesn't own the series's rights or the novel rights.

A much longer TinCan kiss / conversation at Tin's home, where Can seems to like kissing him, which makes the end makes even more sense, when Can walks back and Tin walks away.

It makes much more clear that Techno was rape, as you see the rape and, in the morning, Kengkla gets creepy again and intimately touches a very uncomfortable Techno.

A longer scene of Pete and Ae chatting on the phone and Pete happily thinking about Ae and writing on his journal.

A longer Tum/Tar conversation.

Lemon stalking Pete and Tin on campus.

A longer Lemon/Can conversation.

TinCan on the phone.

Ae and Pete exchanging romantic texts from the beach in the evening and Ae and Pond talking about it.

Pete waking up to Ae sending him even more messages.

Pete talking to Can, advising him.

Can talking to Type for a second time.

Tin crying in the shower after the break up.

Tum/Tar share a romantic hug.

Ae and friends enjoying their holiday.

The series ends on Ae and Pete reminiscing of all the special moments of their romance.

P’New was an incredible director here and I'd gladly watch any of his future projects. This show had many hurdles and almost didn't air and they had announced a season 2 and added an extra episode and he worked with that in mind. It's a shame they couldn't make it work with the entire cast, but that's not the director's fault, as directors don't negotiate cast deals with managers; producers do.

I feel Can was using Tin for his money, even though he said he wouldn't do that at first and leading him on. That was partially Tin's fault for offering, but, at least, Tin was open and sincere about his feelings. I feel Tin deserved a better man. Can was important in his life, to turn him around, but, eventually, he needs to land with a more mature man.
