my prob with historical drama is kinda peculiar, its the hairstyle, my eyes just cant get in term with their hairstyle
maybe i would give it a try if it revolve heavily on blade&war, sword, magic & dragon (in medieval setting), fantasy & supernatural power. something like (from manga) berserk, kingdom, feng shen ji, vinland saga, or (movie) lord of the rings & hobbit.
(wait some arent really historical maybe i mean more like historical setting (??) or pre-modern setting (??) )
watched it again for the third time and second time after read the novel. feel like watching extended version, scenes only written in novel appear on my head as im watching the movie
2 more episodes and Hwa Pyung got kniffed.. how are they going to end this? Everyone dieing, the power of friendship/Park…
park il do end up possessing hwa pyung in the end, but to il do surprise hwa pyung stab his heart and commit suicide and so bring end to their tale...... wait wrong drama
Spent 2 hours on a shitty movie with no point :DLike if they gave us a good reason for such ending I wouldnt complain…
not everything happen just because you wish for it. i like this saying "guess the stars were just not aligned for them". now playing - in the end by linking park "... ive tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesnt even matter".
mdl rating is a result of collective judgement and interest. while it might be easier and SEEMS more objective to compare drama/movie based on certain number it is not, in any way, a good measure to know whether its worth watching or not. review is a better way to know if a drama suit your taste or not but then again its hard to find a good review that doesnt reveal too much of story/spoiler. a good old trial and error is still the best way to do it. after watching a certain amount of movie/drama i intuitively would know where and how the story would develop and decide to keep watching it or drop based on things like setting, character, word building, cinematography to a vague things like a mood and vibe (of drama/movie) that i dont know how to explain.
