finally found someone mentioned addicted, the movie managed to pulled the plot because reason as youve said, moral dilemma was only presented through one person, the younger brother's ex (iirc). also being a movie. they can get away with small characters number.
finally someoen get it, stranger is, honestly, ordinary and there werent many unique and complex character but the development is exceptional. meanwhile, the plot here is quite novel and the story was told from a multiple angle, also there are lot more unique characters thats neither good nor evil sadly a lot of those characters werent fleshed out to their full potential.
maybe im being too nitpicky since im really enjoying the plot and the characters, but at around the 2/3 till 3/4 it get a bit draggy and goo seung hyo and lee no eul characters become a bit stagnant. i wish those 2 characters were fleshed out more.
been putting this one off for quite a long time since im not really fond of medical drama. if you take surgery from most medical drama it will just be your everyday soap opera, but this one is different breed. its more like a mystery/slice of life story set in medical field. and the best part is the dialogue actually pack a punch not just shallow dramatic line. i guess thats as expected from the same screenwriter as secret forest. still at ep 4 but its already the best medical drama ive seen.
they dramatizing the story too much it, welp who am i shitting its got melodrama tag afterall, but the way the dramatizing it is so shallow it doesnt add anything to the story nor the characters, it just filling the airtime. one more thing, baek hee sung (the real one) emergence is too sudden without any proper build-up, all his done is extending the story. overall its quite meh
man.............. that ending really begging for another season huh .......... not that i mind ill definitely watch another season of well crafted tangled-up thread like story never get enough of this
