I agree. I dropped it at episode 2. I found the writing very childish as well. Not my cup of tea.

I am 2 episodes in and the female lead character On Jo is so irritating. So far liking everyone"s acting except for Park Ji Hoo. I can only see one expression on her face..and the acting is lazy.

I like the attires that the leads are wearing in this drama. Especially Hyeri's casual clothes.

This was such a good drama. I don't know what to watch now. I love realistic family dramas like this one. Each of them acted so well. The way this drama was shot..made it look even more realistic.

Please recommend me more realistic family dramas. I tried to watch "Dear Parents" but it's not my cup of tea. I got bored.

Something about older dramas or dramas with vintage settings ..feels so warm and comforting.

It picks up from 3rd episode onwards.

Not as good as this one. The settings are similar as it's also set in the 70s I guess...but as I said..it gets draggy sometimes. You can give it a try.

I am also watchin Dear Parents simultaneously..but at times Dear Parents gets draggy so I have to FF it. 😓
