THen I guess he will find out about the switching thing. I am guessing the switching thing will be the hardest to swallow.

yes, that's what I thought, a male Changge can fly under the radar waaay more. Though I have always questioned how dramas make it look so simple to pass for a man. All you have to do is do a man's hairstyle and the clothes and voila, you're a man. I guess you try to walk a bit differently, and sit manly. Oh yeah, sometimes dramas show them bandaging their chest.

Yes, I somehow imagine she would be made less evil. So would you say it is an exaggeration that Chaange needs to dress as a man to fit in . It's just I can't imagine them wanting princesses to be out there getting all sweaty

ok, changge really has met some great men I think. I am not talking romantically even. Imagine the times she was living in. Women couldn't be out there doing archery, riding horse with any agression, playing sports, martial arts and Li Shimin ( I dunno, different theories on his goodness ) taught her all those things as well as cultivated her analytical skills and general knowledge. Amazing! Granted I imagine she was a tomboy for a long time but it doesn't seem as if she was greatly pushed to change an extraordinary amount.
-A'Sun. What can you say about A'Sun. Excellent male character. Faithful, caring, let's her grow. Yes of course I imagine he had some traditional ideas. We see that girls were not allowed to learn certain 'manly' things but he changes his mind after knowing Changge. Thing is, he respects women, so he was able to change some of his thinking with respect to that. He is just amazed by her. I could go on but would be typing all day.

Oh God, now I feel sad. Those who know, know. I am not sure at what point he found out she was female but he doesn't care. Changge is his shifu/leader and that's it.

He didn't say it in a very serious manner but that line scares me. I hope he doesn't die. Maybe I am reading too much into a line. Very positive character.
Guys we have to remember the times.
Of course nearly all of them meet her as a 'man' but they don't suddenly start acting childish when they find out she is female. Not one man (that I can remember) said anything like ' You shouldn't be fighting' or ' Females can't be leading armies, on the field or strategy wise'. They support her for her bravery, skills, honesty, etc etc, whether she is a man or woman.

@Fairydustpuppy I agree that he doesn't care about Changge's status. Never saw any type of evidence of that. Has he thought about children though, I'm asking.
