They changed the rating algorithm that resulted in a lot of fake accounts to be deleted (basically, people would make fake accounts to rate a drama highly and bias the rating). It happened to pretty much every drama lol

Somewhat, but not completely since it’s the main competition between the children and, to some extent, the adults. However, I think the number of scenes of them singing opera are quite few compared to other storylines as the drama progresses, so I’d say if that’s the only/main thing turning you off, then definitely hang in there!

Although it is frustrating that we don’t have subs/international links for a whole month, thus leaving many of us to watch on illegal sites, I would not be surprised at all if this was part of some contract the company signed. Maybe when they signed the contract to release it on GaGaOOLaLa, one stipulation was that GaGaOOLaLa have exclusive rights to stream subbed episodes for 30 days. I’m not saying it was a good deal on the producers’ part, just noting my theory as to why they’ve done it this way.

This opening theme is so misplaced lol. Granted, I don’t know the lyrics, but the tone and vibe is so serious and melo while the show is so goofy and out there. It gets me every time hahah

Both, from my understanding. It was getting a release to DVD only, but then this account I follow posted that the whole series was cancelled because the director or producer or whoever didn’t reach their target sales, so I guess they ran out of money.

I don’t think there’s anything yet (at least not official). They said international links will be released 30 days after the episodes appear on LineTV, but even then I think there was uncertainty about whether they’d have subs or not :(
