Aww thank you for this comment! I totally agree! And I feel like prior to this, most of the BL was either fluffy or had the same conflicts driving the plot (evil girlfriend, etc.) and I really appreciated this for giving us something different and (like you noted) realistic! I hope you like it! :)

So true and I definitely see what you mean about Thai being cringey haha. It’s such a hit or miss. I absolutely adores the Untamed! Have you watched Guardian? Also censored (of course) but the chemistry between the leads is sooooo well done despite it.

Haha yes it seems the ridiculous reviews have started spreading everywhere recently! But yay on diving into the BL world! I know what you mean about cringe and poor writing. I see it a lot with Thai BL, though it's getting better and some are decent (I think GMM's dramas are generally good quality). But I think Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea (and some from the Philippines) are your best bet starting off. :)

Not so much a thriller, but Chip-In is a black comedy murder mystery :)

He really is! The only other thing I've seen him in is Doctor Prisoner (loved him there too even though his character infuriated me at times haha) but I definitely want to check out his other dramas.

I’m not usually one to recycle the same BL ship, but Jimmy and Tommy are so cute together, I’m looking forward to seeing them again!

I really enjoyed this drama! Simple, perhaps predictable, plot, but it was light and cute. Acting (especially from our three female leads) and production value were also good. Definitely recommend if you like teen romance dramas.
