There have been so many Thai BL series in which we see tiny pint-sized child versions of the main characters appearing…
I think it’s just a romance trope, not exclusive to BL lol. Childhood friends turn to lovers. Fate. All that jazz. I agree with you that it’s probably not realistic to most people (including me as well), but just part of the romance fantasy.
