Your first paragraph--I cannot agree more!! I'm at the point where I can't even look at Youtube comments anymore because they're all, "I hate Sam because he hurt Earth but I love Stud because he loves Earth and only did what he did because he loved him and I ship them so hard." I truly believe that most of it is because Earth is portrayed by Singto, and people love Singto (and are SingtoxKrist shippers) rather than Earth (so the fact that Sam isn't played by Krist is already a point against him, and the fact that he hurt Earth is the final nail in the coffin). They either think Sam is trying too hard or not trying hard enough, and don't think Earth is contributing to the problem at all (of course he's less to blame but at the same time, he wasn't trying to work out the problem with Sam, just stringing him along but keeping him at arm's length). I wonder if they'd feel the same if someone other than Singto was playing Earth. Ughhh I just feel like their reasoning is biased and skewed and contradictory. Sorry for the rant lol it just makes me so angry so I had to vent. XD
Admittedly, I was a little bummed when, last week, it looked like Boom and Bern would get together, but only because I really wanted him to make up with Amm lol. But you're right--they're both single! And that does seem to be an inconsistent character trait with Boyo.

Definitely agree with you! I'm currently watching it and although I find it interesting and pretty enjoyable, and think the actors (especially the main characters) are good, I keep waiting for that spark, that special moment where this drama turns into the beyond-amazing-best-thing-there-ever-was drama that everyone's making it out to be. Sounds like it actually might get a little worse though lol. I agree that it's a bit over-hyped, and I'm glad you added this review to the mix! :)

Hmmm it's hard to say. You made a good point! I guess it comes down to how open the director and writers are to criticism, as well as anyone else involved with direction of the show. I know sometimes people can get touchy and/or don't care about feedback on their creative works, so they'd just ignore it. I guess all we can do is wait and see for this one too lol.

True! I hope they listen to the feedback that I've seen here and on IG (and maybe elsewhere) about the pacing, plot lines, etc. and use it to make SS2 even better.
