Recommend Ashes of Love, c-drama. Has the same superpower fantasy feeling, power game, romance. It is slow a bit and long, so will keep you entertained in between the AoS episodes.

Please help me understand, why in ep.6 suddenly Woori decides to break-up? I don’t get what is she thinking…also, she seems super in love with Kang Jae, makes me think this is not the drama where she will end up with the CEO?!

Indeed, they haven't revealed how Ok Eul Tae killed the family. Considering all the unanswered questions, they should have ended in the series pointing towards a second season.

Another unanswered question after having watched all the episodes: Ok Eul Tae throughout the drama mentioned that he needs to kill Min Sung because she was the reason of the dark hole. I kept waiting for the history to explain it. However I learned that what he said was not true? as it was in fact Dan Hwal that ripped his soul, converted him to a half bulgasal and in the process left a black hole in the chest. How is Min Sung connected to the dark hole and why he doesn't hate Dan Hwal for all the suffering but projects it on Min Sung? any answers? all theories are welcome

the well was initially for Min Sung. He had to kill her and take her soul, turning her back to a bulgasal from what I understood. If she never had human blood and was badly injured, probably would have little strength for some days to climb out of the well. I guess other things can be made as barricade once a bulgasal is trapped. Remember that even if Ok Eul Tae had human blood, once he was hurt badly by Dan Hwal he was unable to move for days in the forest.

okay, here is a train of thought. At the end we find out that Min Sang was watching Dan Hwal as he was growing up as a human. She knew he was married and had a kid. Maybe she was jealous, also tired of waiting on him, and decided to become herself a human, to take revenge on him for leaving her waiting and misunderstanding the situation and killing her loved ones. But even I am not convinced this was a real reason.

I watched all the episodes. I still do not understand why did Min Sang when she was a Bulgasal, stabbed Dan Hwal when he was a human in the forest when his family was dying. Any thoughts?

I wish someone could recommend me dramas with a similar vibe: slow, frustrating love but passionate. Any recommendations?
