I don't think any publishing house would dare to release something that could be deemed as "pornography and illegal publication". Even if you self-publish it you can get a fine or be imprisoned. There was a case of an author getting 10 years in jail for a BL novel that sell only like 7000 copies, not to mention selling as much as Jingming did...

They don't publish them in China. They simply can't. There are stories published online or novels published in Taiwan for example, but not in China.
