It is based on a Japanese manga so his character is pretty close to the original. I’ve read the manga and watched all versions of it. I just want to be entertained. Nothing wrong with not liking it or the characters though.

This is not the same story as True Beauty but is based on another webtoon with the same title as the show. Eun Woo is perfectly casted in both shows. ❤️

I’m not liking how episode 28 is starting. I just can’t bring myself to watch it for some unknown reason… maybe because the demon couple are there? I’m torn because I want to watch but not them. Will I miss anything if I fast forward through this scene?

It doesn’t matter because she’s still pursuing a married man! That’s just not right, no matter what kind of relationship he has with his wife…who happens to be pregnant! If she’s interested, she should wait until after they actually divorce.

I feel like it will be a girl also. The use of he/him for the baby, I attribute to the bias for boys in Asian culture. I like your reasoning for the gender. It would be easier to raise a girl from the evil sperm donor than a boy.

I guess it helped me that my very first Kdrama was Wife (2003) that I caught while channel surfing when my hubby was working nights. It showed on a Korean cable channel with subtitles. I loved it and wish I could find it again. I learned early to overlook some of the over the top action of some characters because I realized it was their version of soap operas. I this is only the fourth one I’ve watched but I want to thank you for sharing the survival tips. Hopefully they will cut down on the complaints.

You see this a lot in Kdramas. I’ve never understood why but maybe it’s a cultural thing or just something with tv censorship?
