Yes, he mistreats everyone, and he doesn't care a lot about safety (like the bts where accidentally Lester took a hit on the head by the sword prompt), but at least for his own artists, he tries his best to highlight them in his works and doesn't throw shade at them every chance he gets.
Still, can't say his own artists are exactly lucky to have the attention of this kind of person. I hope no talented or hardworking person ever crosses paths with him again.

They don't like him because he's extremely problematic. Someone wrote a detailed comment a while back, on FoF page about how he treats actors that he recruits from outside. I'll post it if I find it again.
