I know poor ZYZ. I don't know where you are in the drama but it will change very drastically. He will gradually…
Sorry to jump in on you guys conversation but when did ZYC call him his soulmate? As far as I remember, it was only ZYZ who did so. And that was before being held at swordpoint by his "soulmate" for yet another mandatory sacrifice. His disappointment visible.
A lot of what you said was from ZYZ's point of view. It's true that they treat him better later on, but afaik for the rest of the team, his life always remained second priority. Except maybe for WX but that's debatable. So it's best if you don't hype their dynamics too much for the person to be disappointed.
She did well in the first half. I don't know what happened to the second half. There was several scenes where…
No. That one was ok. Not as fluent as I'd wished, but ok. What I meant was for example the scene before ZYZ's death, when she arrived right after ZYC stabbed ZYZ.
I'm on episode 21 and about to drop it. FL acting is so bad... She have litterally one face whole the time.
She did well in the first half. I don't know what happened to the second half. There was several scenes where she should've been devastated, but somehow looked more annoyed instead.
True that. I'm counting it as hopeful ending. Because there's a real chance for him. I was referring to the new drama you mentioned. Sadly, waiting for it can't cure my withdrawal syndrome.
You have several points. My take:1. Bad directing. They made it look like everyone waited for him to get stabbed…
I also need a rewatch about PSJ. That fight went so fast. But YL's death scene was too dragged. I was reluctant to rewatch it.
Oh. I mean the part where fake BJ deceived ZYC and gave him a nail to control ZYZ. BJ (possessed by LL) claimed he made that nail to make up for what he did to ZYZ.
The more I think about it, the more disappointed and sad I am about how they did some of the characters' deaths...…
You have several points. My take: 1. Bad directing. They made it look like everyone waited for him to get stabbed repeatedly. ZYC was pretty strong at that point, but he stayed down for so long? Makes little sense. There's also this plot hole of LL killing his close friend's grandson after sparing him earlier for that exact reason.
2. Gosh the writing issues. We never see BJ properly apologize to ZYZ. Funnily enough, the only time he mentions wanting to fix what he did to ZYZ, turns out to be the possessed BJ. We never see WX find out about ZYZ's scar or his pact with ZYC. But the plot later assumes she knows. We also, as you mentioned, never see BJ's mother mourn him or the team's reunion with BJ. Many things about BJ in general felt rushed.
3. You mean like "Leave my new friend's body and your powers behind and get into this branch and recultivate. This is proof that I care for you"? There was a conversation about this and I personally think it's a far reach. This would still make Li Lun think ZYZ cared about BJ more. Li Lun isn't a charitable character and didn't have the lower hand anymore. Why take an offer that had less for him and more for others? Besides, wasn't it too risky to show him the only leverage they could have.
About the fight, isn't it a little too demanding of ZYZ? He was weaker than an average human at that point.
I think 4 and 5 were best explained by Stellovet. 5 is something I'm still not totally convinced about. But oh well...
People in this comment section would jump at any opportunity to sht on certain characters. And if each of them…
I agree. They're weird. We all have our most and least favorites. Heck I have a lot of criticism about certain performances. But while those people only have eyes for one character/actor, they spend most of their time on others. Can't figure them out really.
I think I watched another version of Ying Lei's death, where it wasn't some pointless dramatic flare.ZYZ was powerless,…

Me watching this after FOF: Aww his entire hometown spoil him😍
This is so healing rn
If you end up watching, don't miss the special episode. It's actually part of the story.
Yes.

Btw if you don't mind, please use spoiler tag🤍
