We still have one more episode, however the conclusion to ep7 has the feeling of a final episode. There is still more obstacles to go for Kotoha and Megumi.
The saying goes "You forget to cherish the people around you". Fujisawa clearly had a long term guilt which doesn't excuse his cold forced actions, but it's quite a real situation. Kaori also had the chance to speak her mind earlier, but ultimately when they both sensed they were clearly losing their partner/roommate, it pushed them to take action.
This show was clearly more about showing the reasoning behind the infidelity that's common in Japan.
The BL element is what draws audience in, but the lack of communication and relationship obstacles are also the main points.
Overall, the performance from the cast members was executed well. The op theme is on my playlist now.
Anyone know what kotoha's real name is? I can't wait any longer.Just add it as a spoiler.
At the beginning of ep6, the mother blurts out "Asahi" before she is slapped by "Kotoha". It may be her real name, but we haven't got any confirmation yet. Next episode it seems to be a reveal.
I appreciated that scene with Hagiwara and Kaori, it was handled maturely. It pains me to see that because the "situation" happened they were finally able to have the conversation. It's a bitter scene for Valentine's Day that's for sure.
All we have now is for Sei to be honest and have the guts to face the upcoming situation.
why does he end up killing the drone's owner in the night on the boat. does anyone have any idea of who he is…
My speculation, he is likely working under the Front Man. He saved the cop brother under instructions and prevented the cop and men from discovering the true location of the island.
Recently I finished reading the manhwa and gotta say it's well written. From high school to adulthood, the two characters and their life journeys reminded me of life senjou no bokura and utsukushii kare.
Looking forward to seeing how they adapt the 60+ chapters to 11 episodes.
The ending of ep6 hits hard, brother I'm not a fan of love triangles. I do feel bad for the guy, he is stuck being a third wheel again.
