Yes I realize I end up sounding way too judgmental and preachy which I usually try to avoid. As you said, this show is probably not for me and anyway since Tossara ep1 was a disaster, I guess I won't miss much if I skip that one.

You seem to have put a lot more thought into it than I have and I'm sure you're right but I still can't get my head around it. I get that some people could enjoy "non consent" scenes (I wouldn't want to meet them in real life though) but that's what porn literature is for. The idea of mixing this inside cute puppy love stories seems completely weird to me. The other problem I have is that these stories are mainly read by teenagers who don't have your sense of distance over this.

I completely agree, I couldn't even finish the first chapter because it made me sick. I read comments saying you shouldn't read the novel if you're easily offended but it has nothing to do with it. A detailed violent rape scene has no place in a light romance and the simple fact that some people actually enjoy this type of scenes makes me lose faith in humanity...
